Purchased a 2019 Ford Escape
93k miles transmission started throwing codes the very same weekend. They said they would fix it but the problem wasnt fixed by Johns car care. We try to get it fixed once a again and Johns told us broadway wouldn’t pay for it well cause it was now to far out. Johns told us it was a sensor which it wasnt. the transmission pump was going bad and the transmission finally went outleaving us stranded in Demopolis AL and having to pay $350 just to get us back to MS state line now we have to go else where and start all over again only had this car 6 months

I've been purchasing vehicles with them for over 10 years 3 vehicles. I've always said that I would never go back because of the customer services and after 30 days you find out that there are issues with your vehicle. I recently bought a hyundi santa fe paid 6000 down from them in the first week found out that the oil has not been changed. reason why someone tightened the filter on too tight and stripped it. Got that fixed. A month passed I had to replace all breaks and roaders. Not long after I started having Motor problems. I asked for a trade in thinking because I've been a loyal customer and I kept them updated on any issues that loyalty would be received back but guess what it was not. I spoke with terry plenty of time and she's the rudest person i ever met in my life. I have never met someone who did not care at all about others. She doesn't belong there at all. especially not in an office setting. After the motor issues that was my last straw. So i know they will try to resale it. Be careful and bring your own mechanic. Lesson learned. Never again.

This man had the nerve to tell me that they wanted 5,000 down for a 2019 Chevrolet Malibu that has 90,000 miles on it. For that price I could get a 2024 car with no miles on it. He act like it's tax season or something.

I purchased a 2015 Toyota Corolla in 2019. I want to say that maybe a year and a half later, if not a year, the car has mechanical issues. Mind you that I also pay for the insurance that they offer but that’s only for collateral damage. However because I am determined to pay the car off because at this point, the car will be paid for at the end of this year. I continued making car note payments for a car that’s NOT EVEN DRIVABLE. Now I’m not going to lie but I have been behind on my payments for a minute, but I was never that far behind because I didn’t want them repoing my car. So normally I call them ask for a payment arrangement, if I’m not able to make it on time. My pay period is literally a week from tomorrow and because I’m assuming it’s entering the month of June then another payment is due (which is correct on the 23rd of every month). So when I called to speak with them about working out an arrangement to where I can possibly pay some tomorrow and the remainder on Friday. From the receptionist on the Terry (The Manager) I received nothing but rude customer service. I even asked her because I could tell in her voice that she was annoyed, I asked her if I was upsetting and she told me “Yes because you act like you can’t get what I’m telling you”. Now I work in customer service and I know that that’s not a way to handle and talk to customers who are trying to get some type of reconciliation going. They kept placing me hold and she (Tracy) even told me herself that she was going to place me back on hold because she had 5 other things to tend too, as if I’m not a customer, paying one at that. Then she tells me just send me your address and ill have them come pick up your car since you can’t drive it at the moment.As a customer I must say that the is one dealership that I WIL NOT RECOMMEND and it’s not about them not wanting to work with me but about the experience I received when dealing with them. Tracy even told me that her boss man who was there (Mr. Pace) wouldn’t want to talk to me about my issue because he pays them (Her and some other manager) to deal with us. Now I can say that Tracy did push my arrangement back until the 31st which is a Tuesday but I won’t get paid until the 3rd which is a Friday… YALL NEED BETTER EMPLOYEES WITH WAYYYYY BETTER ATTITUDES!!!!!!!! How can y’all have such awful attitudes and selling people cars that probably won’t even last a year????

DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM BROADWAY MOTORS!!! They are Not trustworthy & do not show respect at all!! I had my vehicle for 3 weeks & the transmission went out before I could pay my first note they kept it for almost 2 weeks, didn’t offer to let me use another vehicle or give me rental options or nothing. I had the car for 1 DAY after they supposed to had fixed it & it messed up again..... It’s been in the shop now for almost another 2 weeks & everyday it’s another excuse or something else is wrong! I don’t care who sees this they owe me my money or another car!! DO NOT BUT A CAR FROM BROADWAY MOTORS!!!

I had finance a car from them it was a Malibu not even 2 weeks car breaks down . It was the transmission. They fixed it but guess who had to pay to get it back plus still pay the notes not even a month the transmission went out again I asked to switch cars or at least give me my money back . They said pay to get it fix or return the car. Being a single mother and Broadway motors f you over IS NOT cool. Y’all need to do better or shut that shii down !

God blessed me witht the funds to buy a car, and so on June 6th, 2020 I purchased one from here. I had to bring it back a week after I purchased it to get the trunk fixed on it, and was told it would be 1-2 days. It has been almost 3 weeks and every time I call they just say "I'll call back" or "it'll be here tomorrow" and I haven't received a single call back. If they would have just told me it would be a few weeks I would be okay with how long it is taking, but they are dishonest, and that is what makes me so upset.
