I have come by the store twice and it is closed 2 o’clock in the afternoon. Only store in Hattiesburg and no one here to service you.

This business is awful. They won't answer phone and don't open on time. Tried to have a phone replaced and the worker tells me they don't have any phones in stock. I asked for corporate number or his manager's numbers. He told me it was personal and he couldn't give it out. This is the only store he said in Hattiesburg. I would advise you to go to another cellular company because you will not be happy with their customer service.

This location sucks. I waited for them for an hour with my son and they had the open sign on but the door was locked and they were out doing God knows what. I've called Picayune to complain about it and I've even went back on several other occasions and had similar results. Good luck even getting service here.

I went into the store to inquire about getting set up for Xfinity's prepaid internet. The worker that I encountered, Hani, was very friendly and knowledgeable. The entire process took about ten minutes and I was done! He walked me through the process and made sure that, if I should need any help, I knew the proper channels to have any further questions answered. Customer service and dealing with the public can be difficult at times, but he is definitely an asset to the company.

If I could give this place a zero, I would. The owners sent their lil worker bees into this store and the Hardy St store at the end of December, took all their stuff, fired my best friend and all the other employees and told them if they'd find someone to buy they business they're closing, they'd give'em a good reference. They treat their employees like dirt and left'em out in the cold in the middle of a pandemic and at Christmas with no warning. Anyway don't try to even go to either store because they're closed down.

I purchased an iphone from boost mobile. The phone was faulty and I was told to send it back to apple to have it repaired. Once it was returned to me, I went back to boost mobile hwy 49 because I was still having issues with the phone. I was unable to access the phone at all. The manager at the store was extremely rude, unprofessional, and unhelpful. He refused to refund me my money for the monthly bill even though he knew I was unable to use the phone. He instructed the other sales associate to go into the back of the store and leave me in the front alone & to not assist me.I DO NOT recommend boost mobile to anyone. Their services are trash and their sales reps have no RESPECT or appreciation for the customers. It's better company's to spend your hard earned money with that will appreciate you and value your time.
