“My experience here started out horrible but ended up GREAT. First, the employee Emily is a know it all who knows nothing. She enjoys speaking to the customers like they are idiots while having little knowledge about cars herself - extremely rude. However, another employee by the name of Julian was the BEST. He intervened quickly and provided awesome customer service as well as physical services in very hot weather conditions without complaining one time. He also is an expert when it comes to mechanics. Julian deserves a promotion.”
