I was in Turtle Creek Mall in Hattiesburg, MS. It was 8:03, the entrance was open and customers were shopping. The employee, Taylor, refused my business. I explained that I knew exactly what I wanted, (Japanese Cherry Blossom lotion), but she refused my business. As a business owner, I would have never refused a customer, especially one that knew exactly what they wanted and would have been in and out quickly, especially considering the decline of business at this particular mall.

Stole almost $500 from me, placed order Dec 9, via App for first time!! Jan 2nd, STILL ONLY received $20 worth in mail.. called 8 times so far requesting my refund!! Keeps getting denied by some refund board? Since it’s over $150 they refuse to refund my order! I went an hr and half to rebuy merchandise for Christmas presents, at reg price .. cost me double and still refusing my refund?? I WILL NEVER BUY FROM THEM OR THEIR SISTER COMPANY VICTORIA SECRETS AGAIN, in store or Via Online or App!! Do NOT BUY THRU APP OR WEBSITE ITS A HUGE SCAM AND WHEN U NEVER GET YOUR ORDER U WILL NOT GET A REFUND EITHER

I went in Thursday around 6:30, I went to checkout and I walked up to the empty cash register where the associate was. She ignored me while talking to her co worker that was vaping IN THE STORE. They talked about where they should eat, all while I’m still waiting for one of em to acknowledge me. Luckily the other associate saw my concerned look and offered to check me out. Next time I’ll drive to Laurel!

Today was the $4.95 sale for all body care products. Naturally, the store was packed before they closed, with a line intertwined through aisles up to the entrance. I love the products, but what keeps me coming in the store is the excellent customer service. I don’t know the name of the employee that helped me. My receipt says 3945011. She has long blonde hair with tree tattoos on her forearm. She had a great attitude despite all of the customers and what I imagine was a long day. Will definitely be back!
