“This is hometown banking at its best when my wallet disappeared my identity went with it I didn't have an account here I was trying to cash a check drawn on them the teller recognized me and took care of my business like a real human being to deny the person you know in front of you because of a picture card is to deny life itself I like humans not artifices”
“I called this branch for an important, time sensitive document I need this morning, but I thought I’d called a different branch so I went there first after work. The person I spoke with from the other branch was rude and dismissive and told me they couldn’t help me today, so by the time I reached the 98 Place branch in 5:00 traffic, it was close to closing. Logan James Smith was more than happy to help me, though, and she was shocked and highly upset on my behalf at my not being helped by the employee at the other branch (she is who I spoke with this morning and I explained why I was so late arriving) and she made a note and promised to address it with her boss Monday. Logan genuinely cares about her customers, and late Friday afternoon after a long workweek, that was very appreciated.”
