Great place to shop still years later. I had to Express today how O'Reilly's at the Hattiesburg were a total disappointment. I had to get a refund and take the part back and go across the street to auto zone for the correct part. Save yourself some time,gas,and money. Bc the right part for your car is always in stock,it's a reasonable price. And if they don't have what you need they can order it. The right part and way,(

Sent my buddy to pick up a part for me he goes in staff tells him they do not have it I triple check and even call back and ask them to put it back for me after a whole fiasco of they didn't want to do their jobs. Or something. Very rude to my friend I show up and ask for a manager and the guy who was the problem acted like he had to handle the situation I asked for a manager not the person who gave the problems. He then tried to play it off like he looked up the right thing and continue to say they don't have it. So I tell him check my account orders he does and boom it's magically in the shelf. Everytime I go to this AutoZone it's either a long wait because these people clearly don't listen or know enough. I have had to return. Countless parts. It's ridiculous the terrible customer service u get

We came up there trying to replace a spark plug and where at first denied loaner tool services, an told us we had to buy it, then we attempted to return the spark plug we just bought an then they ask for my boyfriend’s ID to loan the international tool we asked for after the fact of ignoring us when trying to return our purchase.
