I felt disrespected and given special treatment. You guys wore uniforms with the Vietnamese language printed on them, but you never respected me and considered me a customer. I need help, I just came to ask you guys and everything has a service fee. So why don't you fulfill your responsibility? Why is your service not working and you refuse to complete my paid service? I need an answer and when will I receive the amount paid for a non-working SIM CHIP?

DO NOT use this store!! It has been a total disaster. We purchased a phone this week and was disclosed a rate of $1.99 a month and no additional charges, like insurance. I have received emails stating a monthly rate of $11.95 plus $17.00 for insurance. We go back today for an explanation and Abby said it would taken several months for the special to show on the bill. We then decided to return and cancel. Now they wanted $55.00 to take it back. This is absolutely the most ridiculous form of customer service. Leaving AT&T after almost 30 years as a customer! Disappointed and frustrated with the monopoly AT&T has on the public!

Greg Hinton is THE BEST!!! He is so welcoming, friendly, patient, and HELPFUL! He was handling several customers at one time and made everyone feel helped with no waits in between. Talk to Greg if you can! He will take care of you! He should definitely be a manager!!! Will be coming back to him every time in Hattiesburg

I have never had a bad experience at this ATT location! Several weeks ago, I came into this store wanting to switch my service provider to ATT. I was riddled with anxiety, even thinking about going into the store to start the process. I was unbelievably BLESSED to have been paired up with team member Ryan! I experienced a few issues with my transfer and thought they would give up on resolving it. This was the complete opposite!!! Ryan always assured me by saying, "We can try again," or "There may be another way." I felt like Ryan cared about easing my anxiety and realized this situation was a big deal to me. I cannot brag about him enough for always being able to read the room. The whole time he was helping me, he went back and forth, assisting his other teammates with their customers' situations. I have never seen someone be able to multitask so many complex tasks at once. As a frequently overwhelmed graduate student, I was genuinely impressed with Ryan's poise in handling several unique situations simultaneously. He is a natural-born leader. ATT is blessed to have such talent. Thank you a million times over, Ryan!!!

Associates not knowledgeable on information needed to run this business. Greg charged me $120 for 4 activation lines in which I did not need. The corporate ATT needs to investigate this store. Greg if you’re reading this, do better and be better educated before leading a customer into a $311 phone bill for two phones.

Extremely disappointed with the customer service experience I had. The customer service rep I encountered was not only unfriendly but also provided poor service. As a loyal customer, I expect better treatment. Customer service should be about making customers feel valued, not as if they are a burden. I will continue to pay over the phone.

The employees here are extremely unprofessional and rude. They basically scammed us into purchasing a phone from them by opening the case and swiping our card before telling us the actual cost of the phone. Then when discussing next steps, he was just laughing childishly. Will never walk back in this store. Buy Verizon.

The store manager Sabrina is absolutely out of the control. She is beyond rude and disrespectful. She is very combative and seems like she has some very serious anger issues. IMO this store is not a safe place to do business with. Find a corporate store. AT&T has zero control over this store and the managements behavior. Save yourself the hassle and order your order jibe directly from AT&T

incredibly unprofessional. The first time I visited, I walked in and waited for the employees to finish socializing with eachother before I was eventually helped. The second time I visited, there was not a single employee in the lobby. They were all in the back joking around with eachother. Not very safe to leave merchandise unattended...

Brittney was super today! Her customer service was excellent! Her attitude was so pleasant and such a bubbly personality!! I will definitely be back to see Ms Brittney at this location! She should get a raise she was spectacular!
