I will start by saying we have used this clinic for many years now and never had any sort of issues. This year however we returned from our vacation to a bill that was more than double what it should have been due to her getting "sick" while there. She had vomiting and diarrhea for days and never has any sort of GI issues. We were never contacted to let us know there was anything out of the ordinary going on. I cook her food due to the fact that she is a heart patient and down a good many teeth so she can't eat hard food. We took everything individually labeled with date and time. Things couldn't have been any simpler had it been done correctly. It's pretty obvious that her food was mishandled, left out of the fridge or something to that extent. Her food was her happy time every day and now she shakes violently when offered the food. I made something with a different protein combo and she scarfed it down so it's not an appetite issue. As if that weren't enough her hind legs are extremely bruised. She can barely put any weight on her left one and cries if you pick her up and it has any pressure on it. It's very visible in pictures yet the doctor said he couldn't see anything without seeing her. I refuse to make her go back in the place as she is traumatized after the treatment she got the last week. If this is the best they have to offer for boarding, they should simply not offer that as a service. I say all of this simply to keep anyone else from going through the same thing we are dealing with. The last thing you expect to do is take a playful happy girl to the vet to board and getting back an injured traumatized girl. Also something caused by mishandling should never be the financial responsibility of the pet parent.

Dr. Frazier saved my 16 chicks when he diagnosed their coccidiosis infection. The medicine he prescribed subdued symptoms immediately and he also taught me a lot about chicken stewardship! Thank you!!!

I love all the vets at this clinic! Also they do not take appointments but they are usually not overly busy! They get you in and out efficiently and with great service. The staff is friendly. The groomers are outstanding and the vet techs are very good

It's unfortunate I have to do this because I have been going to all animal clinic in Hattiesburg since I moved to the area. The women that are at the desk are all new to administration, I do not recognize any of them and they are all unfriendly. Beyond the general unfriendly demeanor, they are doing services without people's permissions. Apparently my dog had an ear infection, they treated it and when I came to pick him up from grooming they handed me a large bill. I was confused as to why because I just took him for grooming. They explained he had an ear infection and they went ahead and treated him. This is one of my children, no service should be done without my permission and for the reception to act as if they weren't going to return my baby until I paid is disheartening. What were they going to do, keep my dog as collateral? I can't go back there

Dr. Palermo and the entire staff went above and beyond to care for our bearded dragon. They were truly invested in her care and thorough in her treatment.

Dr. Collins saw our Pittie and it was a great experience. They were busy when we arrived, but were seen promptly (which was a small concern since they don’t take appointments). Dr. Collins was patient, listened to all of our concerns, gave us all our options (while understanding that money does have to be factor- so no going to the counter waiting for the price of the many medications we had to get), she was so sweet to our baby and I will definitely be returning for future visits for all of my dogs. The ladies up front were also very nice and informative!

Dr Palermo was amazing. Took my Pom mix in for an emergency visit, and the kindness and care he had for my 11 yr old who needed emergency surgery was mind blowing. They’ve earned a customer for life.

We've been with AAC for over 20 years and love them! Dr. Frazier and the other Veterinarians there really care about you and your fur babies. They are awesome!
