“My car was having break problems along with other issues, but Hannah was very helpful the entire time. Great customer service and she helped me get approved for credit with Firestone.Only issue that came up was that the credit representative verified (twice) with Hannah that I would be approved for $1,800 in credit. However, when we tried to process it after the service, it showed that I was only approved for $1,100 instead. She called the respresentatives back and they told her they didn't see $1,100. It's not her or the store's fault for the issue.That didn't deter me though. My car is running a lot better and I'll still be going to Firestone for car issues.”
