Just got off the phone with the branch manager, Daniel, and was so pleased with how helpful and intelligible he was. He answered my questions thoroughly and speedily and I was super impressed with his service. Visited this branch a few times in person as well and have always been pleased with their customer service.

Directions from New Orleans to gulf port, MS had me take a detour off if I-10 East then back on I-10 after 12 miles of traffic lights for no good reason whatsoever. Added at least 20 minutes to the drive.

I went in to close an account and open a new one. The banker said he could close my current account but did not have time to open a fresh one for me. So you just lost my business all together in one move.
