Three employees literally supervising people using self checkout while it was busy and only two regular registers open. If shoplifting is that bad here, then just close the self checkouts. This is constant here with the employees staring at what your scanning on their handhelds. Are three employees seriously necessary?

Went to self checkout. Was waiting in line and the employee let someone else go in front of me and then closed it off after seeing me standing there. There's a huge line of people and only 2 registers open. There is nothing wrong with the self checkout but the employee is telling people it's shut down because of computer issues. Nobody that was checking out complained about anything
