Two and half wait for prescription to be filled. Not good, I could see maybe 30 minutes. Headed to a mom and pop pharmacy to get filled.

My husband broke his back in March and this pharmacy has given issues every single renewal of his meds and keep cancelling my prescriptions. I get some of his medicines are “narcotics” but he literally broke his back and shouldn’t be punished or suffer at the hands of chicken staff because of others that abuse it.

Clean store, well lit, and has wide aisles. Helpfull staff. A few empty shelves, but overall they had everything I needed.

Walgreens is very convenient and close by. Their staff is friendly and helpful. Prices are reasonable.

I would just like to say the group of young ladies working in the pharmacy and management were very helpful, professional, and curious. It was very refreshing to go into a store and especially a pharmacy and be treated like a person and like they actually care. So Thank You All and keep up the great work ?

I dropped off a disposable camera July 5th and it took a whole month to come back (not Walgreens fault) so they gave me 2 sets of my pictures AND didn’t charge me. Wonderful customer service from the manager with the gemstone necklace and the Hispanic woman !!

In this day and time, I really don't give people enough credit. I walked all the store looking for some stuff my 76 yr old and could not find what he was needing so, after a few trip. I walked back and found this old guy putting some meds together. I waited for him to finish his task. One he did I asked me if could help I told him just what i had been looking for. He took me right to it and I asked if he could point in right direction.. he didn't have to do what he did. but he spent the next hour with me finding just what I was needing.. thank you sir I wish I gotten your name. I will go back

Called their 800 number after my experience and was told I would have a call back by Tuesday......guess what today is Thursday and now call back from the district team as she called them. I guess it really true.....they don't give a damn about what happens as long as they can keep your money.

If I could give them a zero for customer service I would. Had 2 prescriptions from urgent care that needed to be filled. They had the scripts called in from dr and when I got there at 8 pm they told me they wouldn't fill it cause they close at 10 pm. I asked about another Walgreens and they directed me there and wouldn't even bother to look up the store phone number so I could call ahead. They didn't offer any help at all. There were plenty of employees in the pharmacy so this treatment in my opinion was rude and lazy! Never again will I set foot in that store.

I sat in line for an hour only to be told that the Rx I dropped over 24 hours ago hadn't been filled. The tech tried to run his Rx through the wrong insurance company, one my husband had never been insured with, so that didn't work. So, they just didn't fill it! Or call me. No note in the app. Nothing Then, the tech informed me that I needed to leave his line so others don't have to wait, though he didn't mind my 45 minute wait. The mistake was his, not mine. He said I'm one of 1000 customers, and he doesn't have time for me. Both this tech and the manager said they're understaffed, but understaffing doesn't excuse RUDE. If you're too busy for me, then I'll go somewhere they're not too busy. I don't mind waitingThat's life. But I do mind being treated as if my time is worthless. I mind being treated like an annoyance in the line when I was perfectly patient and nice until the tech was NOT.

I have food poisoning, doctor sent over 3 prescriptions, I know this for a fact as I had copies of all 3. Tried to pick up, they only had one medication for me & told me that the doctor only sent two, and that the second medication was a kit that was for cancer and needs an authorization. I have food poisoning, the medication was literally an over the counter that I could have gone inside to get, but decided that with food poisoning I’d rather not throw up on their floor so I did drive thru. Spoke to my doctor and got her to resend the medications again. Was made to “come back in 15 minutes” 3 times. When I got to the window for the 4th time, they had closed. Went inside and the pharmacist yelled at me through the security gate to tell me they were closed, I yelled back to tell her the situation. ANNA, the tech, was extremely unhelpful, she was the one who repeatedly sent me around the building. Only when yelling back and forth with the pharmacist, did I find out that my third medication (that i was told they didn’t receive multiple times, even after my doctor resent it) could not be filled tonight as apparently it needed two separate prescriptions for one steroid cream. Extremely rude, unhelpful. Will be taking my family’s prescriptions elsewhere.On other occasions I have had to call to tell the pharmacy that they prepared the wrong pill count, when I was supposed to receive 30 pills, i received 28 or 29. Multiple occasions. It’s beyond ridiculous. I understand some human error, but to happen several times is insane.All I can say is COUNT YOUR PRESCRIPTIONS WHEN YOU RECEIVE THEM if you use this pharmacy out of necessity.

Absolutely worst pharmacy ever! Save your time, don’t take an appointment for flu shots here. I took an appointment a week ago and as I walk in for my scheduled appointment, the immunization specialist tells me they’re very busy and that although we have an appointment it will be at least an hour wait. What a waste of time! They don’t honor appointments! This is not the first time I’ve had horrible experience here.

They were super fast, but I wish they would have taken extra time and care with my large photo order. When I picked them up the next day, each photo had a white boarder that hadn't been trimmed yet. After repicking them up, I noticed a bunch of hand, palm, finger smudges all over my photos. After getting them home and separating them to get them ready to be mailed, I noticed deep gashes in other photos and still white parts that have to be trimmed. Extremely unhappy with their fast sloppy service.
