This store alwayz closes earlier than it's supposed to it says 7pm but at 615 they were already closed even though their sign said open still.

I approached the desk, telling them that Verizon told me to come and pick up a phone. The one lady that had white string in the top of her hair and merely said you're not getting a phone unless you pay for it. I said I've already paid for a phone. And the young girl at the computer said yes they called, but I don't understand exactly what's going on. the girl with the white string in her hair said you're not gonna holler at me and said the F word storm to the back, said she didn't have to wait on people like me. What I thought was the manager not sure he said well it's probably on your front porch I said oh no are you trying to make me look like an idiot in front of all these people the only girl in there the one that looked up and try to find mailed information was the only nice when they're the store is rude and hateful. I'm 74 years old with heart trouble and high blood pressure. I ordered this watch for medical purposes and was treated like a fool in this store.

This was the third Verizon store we visited and finally found someone who offered to help us set up a new phone. Sean was so helpful that, even though the Bay St Louis store is more convenient for us, we will return to this Verizon location for future purchases.

Service was horrible. Manager lied straight to me face another manager actually screamed at me. The same manager didn't even know what specials they offered for military discounts and the discounts per line. Absolutely a horrible service. I suffer from ptsd my wife had to get me out of the store before it escalated into something serious. If this the way the treat vets I'd hate to see the way they treat everyone one else.

One of the better Verizon stores, very friendly staff there. Sales person Chris, went out of his way to help me get my phone activated. He took the time and effort before I left and made sure my phone was working properly. Recommend highly this Verizon store.

After an hour on the phone with tech support & 2 hours at Best Buy, I finally went to this store to have my phone activated. The gentlemen were nice & spoke with me like we were friends. I was also provided with further steps if I continue to have problems. I'd definitely go here again. The store is clean, updated, & large.

After a poor experience at another store, I went to Verzion on Hwy 49, Orange Grove. I was met at the door by the most amazing, knowledgeable rep., Wayne, who listened to all my concerns and answered every question. He treated me like royalty! Wayne found the perfect phone and set it up for me just the way I wanted it, including pairing phone to car. He took the extra time to ensure everything worked properly, and gave me his phone no. in case I needed help. I went from a horrible to a beautiful day.

The lady assisting us, (I believe her name was Alexandra?) kept trying to convince me to buy a watch i never intentionally planned on buying. I’ve been part of Verizon for a while and knew I just wanted a monthly plan, less than 200$ a month for my boyfriend and I, and 2 new phones we can pay monthly on. Store front was nice. Bathrooms were clean. Parking was easy. Not many cars. Despite wanting to drop a thousand dollars on a new phone, the salesperson was rude and treated me like I was an idiot. Perhaps this explains the aforementioned. So, I called customer service and made my purchase with someone who cared.
