I pulled up literally 1 minute until close but the young lady was already locking the door. I made verbal contact with her as she was having a hard time locking the doors but instead of saying, "I'm sorry, ma'am, we are closed." She snickers and literally takes off running into the store. This tells me that the registers were already shut down and she had made the determination to not be helpful despite talking to me. What a shame.

I know we’ve all seen a review that starts with if I could give zero stars, I would. Well, if I could give them ZERO STARS, I would. They have extremely poor customer service, they never answer the phone, I’ve been calling numerous times a day for a week! It’s ridiculous. My mom was able to pick up my packages, but they never checked her identification! She tried to offer it to UPS employee and she rudely ignored my mom. Who owns this establishment and why are they allowing it to suck so bad? I will not be using them again! UPS in D’Iberville is so much better and they’re not even professional! Atleast they acknowledge you and answer their phones and your questions!

They charge to send back amazon returns. The one on pass rd in Biloxi does not.

I usually deal with the store in Hardy Court shopping center but I was in the area and had an Amazon return. $7.50 to print an Amazon return label?? You have got to be kidding me! That is insane! It’s $2.14 at the UPS store in Hardy Court shopping center. I’ll just continue to give them my business.

I don't understand why anyone would give this store such low marks. I use it frequently as in at least once a month. Staff is always very friendly. Today is no exception. I was looking for another store that scanned documents. I didn't realize the service was provided at a UPS store. This made my life so much easier as I was making a return of a purchase at this location. How convenient. I has a rather large stack of paperwork that needed to be installed, scanned , restablecer and sent to an email address not my own. Destinee was on top of it. All this for less than $6!!! it would have taken me all day at my house to do this.I can't tell you how grateful I am for the staff at this store! Keep up the good work Destinee. I see management in your future someday!

This UPS Store is way over priced on everything!! Almost $10 to print out a 3 page legal document, $7.50 to print one label for Amazon return! I’ve used the Hardy Court UPS Store many times and will continue to do so. They are top notch and customer friendly. Worth the drive!

Destinee has the worst attitude to customer, she doesn't greet, she never even said thank you, EXTREMELY RUDE, SHE IS A EYE SORE FOR THE FRONT COUNTER. SHE HATES HER JOB IT'S VERY CLEAR!!

First time sending something a computer out and I couldn’t have gotten better help & advice on packaging. A nice lady named Victoria here helped me to the fullest and was extremely patient with me when completing this transaction. I appreciate her help, she needs more notice! 5/5 service?
