Now I understand the horrible reviews. The manager lady was incredibly rude and unprofessional. She probably hates her job and takes it out on customers. Not good for this franchise owners.

Horrible. They charge $14.00 for an 8" x 8" thin cardboard box. The same box at Walmart is $1.93. This is a 993% mark up.

The only perk about this place is that the employees are kind. Prices are outrageous. I shipped a jersey and needed a confirmation order printed to put into the box. The charge for a print off was $7 total just for one piece of paper. If you have to email them something to put in the box, it costs $6 to even open the email. Mind you, I do not mind a charge for a print off, but 7 dollars is outrageous. Definitely would not go here again to ship something off unless you are just dropping it off.
