The gate has been broken six times in the last year and the latest time it was broken for over a week and during that time my unit and a few others was broken into. Someone cut a hole in the fence and broke the latches off the doors to rummage through our units. I would not recommend this place for storage of any kind.

Rented one unit in Pass Christian and everything was fine. Needed another unit but none were available. Rented another red dot unit in gulfport and when I arrived it was locked. Was able to get another unit online, hope I'm not getting double billed.

Pictures could have been better quality and the roll up door was broken and didn’t roll all the way up.

My experience was overall very positive. Initially I was a little confused by the online and local requirements, but, once I called the company they walked me through the procedure and everything was taken care of very quickly.

The sorriest storage company I've ever dealt with had unit for 4 months and last 2 months they wouldn't let us in and been paid every month so I will never use them again I recommend they shut down

So i have 2 units here I got 2 weeks apart..but I use 1 gate code. So each unit has a different due date. Yet the moment I'm late on 1 despite the other being paid up cause I just got it 2 weeks apart. I'm denied access to both of them.So on top of a red lock, late fees and being denied gate entry to the one I'm a day or two late on. I've been denied access to both.-This is my 5 day notice to vacate
