Exceptional service. Decided to get my oil
Changed here before leaving
Back home to Texas. Didn’t catch the gentleman’s name but he explained everything he sold me and not only checked my oil but filters as well. Everything was fast, highly recommend.

My first time getting an oil change there was fast and great service. They showed me that the oil was now clean, showed me both filters just in case I wanted then changed, topped off the fluids and put air in my tires. I would use them again!

Very unsatisfied, I was given a 25$ coupon for an oil change that did not work. The QR code would not pull up and they had none to scan. Also nothing else was checked just a change and that was it.

No discount or compensation. When I arrived I gave the attendant, Rodney, the sticker from the previous change (out of state) so he could reference it. He pitched buying an expensive synthetic and I said no and requested the same oil. He said “oh crap” because now he’s digging in the trash looking for my sticker he tossed. Even his coworker stated he shouldn’t have done that. He doesn’t find it but I tell him it was 5W20 and showed proof of military for the discount. I paid but checked after I drove off 15mins later. He didn’t give me the discount. I drive back (15 more mins) and wait for the manager for 10mins. The manager takes another 7 mins to process the refund and give the discount. No compensation for my time wasted or their mistake. He says “sorry about that” and walks away. I won’t go back but you do what you please.

They didn’t put all my screws back on the cover under my car. It was hanging down on the driver side. They usually have two people checking but not that day.
