I like State Farm, but recently this location hasn’t been the best for me. I plan on switching agents soon.
Unfortunately I cannot remember her name, but I’m not a fan of the old lady laughing at my email every time I have had to provide it when receiving help. It gets old when it’s literally every time. My email is made up of random letters, I don’t think it’s funny or worth laughing at honestly.
Last time she laughed at it, it made me uncomfortable because, she made a comment saying; " That’s the simplest email you have??" It didn’t come off well, and I felt like I was judged over the email.
I have had other agents within State Farm and they never spoke to me like that. The other agents were more professional.
Call me picky, but I don’t like feeling uncomfortable by someone who is supposed to be helping me with something important.
The other people there are nice, but it sucks when I keep getting help from the old lady that likes to laugh at my information. Makes me not want to have Steve as my agent when I have to look forward to that kind of interaction.

They are extremely friendly & helpful! Everything is made easy and convenient because they care. They have catered to me very well and nobody has been able to beat their rates for me in the 5+ years I've been with them. 10/10 recommend.
