They ripped me off! Don't use! I ordered a duct cleaning. It's extremely expensive but I thought it would be worth it. They turned on my air conditioner and brushed the dirt from the ducts into the rooms. It was horrible. I watched the video and saw that it wasn't the way to clean them. I called the company and found out they didn't have the equipment necessary to do the cleaning. There is no resolution and no refund. They were very nice, but that doesn't matter much when you're getting ripped off.

Another great carpet cleaning job by Stanley Steemer. Thoroughly professional from start to finish. Tasks included a large pet stain on/in standard carpet, plus two area wool rugs that should have been cleaned a couple of years ago.
Crew was precisely on time, explained exactly what they were going to do, then did it. Like the professionals they are. Friendly and personable, they did a maximum amount of work in a minimum amount of time. Looks and smells brand new now.
Excellent value. Outstanding customer service.

Chris did an amazing job, was very professional, conscientious, respectful, and trustworthy… he took extra care to protect our walls, corners and baseboards… he explained the process and our different options in detail… he cleaned 6 rooms, a staircase and hallway…our carpet and stairs smell wonderful and look like the day they were installed…highly recommend to anyone in the Hattiesburg area that is looking for a company who will respond to you immediately and dependable!

I would just like to say that I had the guys from Stanley Steemer come and clean my carpet on the 27th of August and they just did a fabulous job cleaning!! I’m also happy to report that they helped me find a problem we had with some condensation that was going on beneath the floor protectors used for the office chairs? I’m not sure they realized that as it was after they left that I discovered what was going on?? Looks like maybe it’s going to be alright now? So thank you to Stanley Steemer for the great job you did for us!! And we will definitely have you back again to clean for us!!! ???????????
