“Needless to say my daughter did not want to leave and also wanted to try everything on....this experience for her was a close 2nd or maybe even a tie with her in a candy store. Loved that hat she had on. This location was very very clean, floors were very well kept and the floor was spacious with the sale items. The customer service representatives were super helpful, friendly and even offered current discounts that was unknown to me at the time that made me even happier. Certainly love this experience and will be basing my experiences at other locations based on this one so they have definitely set the standard!!!”

“Today I called this store from another city. I explained to the worker that I was a reward member that had just lost everything I owned in a fire. She immediately offered her condolences and asked how could she be of assistance to me. After explaining I couldn't come there she proceeded to get my sizes and a list of the things I needed ( everything) she explained she had a customer and she was working the morning shift by herself So she would call me back.After a while went by my phone started going off with text messages of pictures of clothes and shoes for me to choose from.After I decided what I wanted she let me know what the total amount would be. Then proceeded to check my account, as well as all online discounts or deals available. Y'all I can not make all this up, this woman is a retail super star. I sent a friend of mine to pick it up. When he arrived it was ready and waiting for him.i cannot remember her name but who ever was working the Gulfport MS location on new year 2024 DXL you guys are lucky to have her. . In the midst of a life changing event for me she gave me service that took my mind off of my troubles and made me feel important thanks DXL. You have a customer for life.”
