“Our family has always used Fayards Moving and we’ve always had the best experience. This week they proved once again that they are the best moving company to use. We had to reschedule three times and Stephanie was so helpful, kind, understanding and accommodating. Then we used Kenny and three other guys and I’ll tell you, we didn’t think we could experience any better service until these guys showed. They moved three storage units, wrapped most everything, to protect all of our furniture, and unloaded it in our house with a few hours. Something that would have taken others a few days these professionals had the most organized system and it showed. This was the smoothest, most pleasant experience between scheduling with Stephanie and the physical moving guys then paying over the phone with Pam. We didn’t expect such class!”

From our first phone call to her visit to assess our needs, she offered kindness, professionalism, and heartfelt care. She coordinated every detail flawlessly and provided steady reassurance throughout a very emotional time.
Our first team, Randy, Marlon, Lataja, Tonja, and Dynell, packed our home quickly, efficiently, and with so much love and respect. Some of them were even facing hardships of their own, including loss and damage to their own homes, yet they still showed up with smiles, compassion, and dedication. I truly felt like I had family helping to pack my things. I never once worried during the process. I was able to sit at my desk and continue working, completely confident that everything was being handled with care.
Then came the incredible team of movers, James, Landry, Zack, and Randy, who loaded and unloaded our boxes and furniture with such professionalism and empathy. Somehow, they seemed to understand how emotional and even heart-wrenching this process was for us. Their patience, gentleness, and quiet understanding brought comfort on a day that could have been overwhelming.
This was the initial move of the majority of our belongings. A few weeks later, we had the pleasure of working with Stephanie again when she returned to assess how many boxes and movers would be needed to carefully pack and move my personal library of books into an additional storage unit. We had hoped repairs could be made without moving the library, but unfortunately, that wasn’t possible. Once again, the packing and moving crew of Kinny, Randy, and Landry were amazing, thoughtful, kind, and meticulous.
The folks at Fayard’s have taken care of us like family, and at this point, I truly feel like they are a part of our family. I’m looking forward to the day I can call Stephanie and her crews again, not to move out, but to bring my things back home. ❤️

“We were stationed at Camp Shelby, MS with a household size of 9. Gollott and Sons was assigned our shipment for my husbands PCS. The staff was amazing from the beginning of our move all the way through til the end.The group of women who packed our belongings did so efficiently and respectfully. In less than two business days they had our place boxed up and inventoried from top to bottom. They gave us the absolute kindest and sweetest parking experience we've had to date.Our movers loaded our shipment on what I'd describe as the hottest day Mississippi could offer. We watched as they moved with a constant pace in what seemed like a truck size game of Tetris. Usually we never interfere with our movers, however they were incredibly kind and so overwhelmingly hot that we wanted to aid in the process. My husband and I moved boxes from the back bedrooms into the easier to load from living room. We were constantly told we were "amazing people" and thanked for our simple action. Our movers were the amazing people, 1000% kind hearted and hard working.Once we arrived at our destination we contacted our driver for the shipment. He got us on schedule right away and our HHG arrived 1 week after we did. Our driver was the same courteous man who loaded us up in Kansas. His two nephews and himself unloaded our HHG into our new place during yet another heat advisory spell. They pushed through and got everything in place within 7 hours. They were the best! We've never had a more polite set of movers in our home.I highly recommend using this company for any move and even asking for them specifically when getting assigned movers for a PCS. Thank you all for making our move the smoothest ever!!!”
