Sams used to run a nice clean gas station. I don’t know what changed in the last few months but the pumps are really nasty and grungy. I still put up with the filth for the savings but today took the cake! I put member card and then my credit card into the card reader and the screen went crazy. I then noticed the keyboard has been tampered with , even the housing around it has been broken away. Staff at the pump (Linda)was really rude - I asked for company ID and she says I ain’t got no ID! I asked again, specifically a company ID, oh- all I got is this right here, a Sams badge, sheesh, all I asked her to do was please verify my card hadn’t been charged the 40 bucks that popped up on the screen after this started, she tells me to take it up with the manager inside , dropped a cone in The driveway and shuffled off. I had to call the store and after being handed off to 3 diff folks still no resolve after 28 minutes on hold. Finally a manager came out and tried to reset the pump without any luck. He did verify my card hadn’t been charged but DID NOTHING to stop the next person from experiencing the same thing!! Sams, you have to step your game up! Pumps that used to be clean are filthy - and I think I know why after dealing with the lady that was more concerned with getting back into the AC than helping a customer. Pump 6 is back in action. I pulled away to send this review and as soon as I pulled off they reopened the pump. So much for responsible vendor handling of my credit card info. I’m cancelling my credit card now.

This Sams Club is just like all the others. Fantastic in every way. To hear Earnie C tell it, they should close shop and quit. But, if you read through all of Earnie C's reviews, he hates EVERY BUSINESS!!! He has not one good thing to say about any business he reviews! Hey, Earnie C! Do us all a favor and go soak yer head, you moron!

I had a terrible customer service experience today at Sam’s. I was spoken to like I was less than by a manager named Christina.. I asked politely where the Christmas lights were located and she said “you mean the ones that were here a month ago” and looked at me as if I were stupid. I explained to her I was told by my husband they had them in stock, he was there just this morning. She then raised her voice and said “you can’t expect to come in here the week before Christmas and see Christmas lights on the shelf”. I was immediately shaken up by her response and asked for a manager above her. She refused to tell me and told me to find the hotline, then walked off. She does NOT need to hold a position of authority at any store and I plan to speak with her superiors as soon as possible.

Why would I write a recommendation? Purchased two briskets. One for $125 and the other for $90. The larger of the two had more than 8lbs of fat on it after I trimmed it and the smaller had about 5. Sams Club quality has gone way down and honestly, I think that I’m done shopping there all together. I would rather drive further and get better quality meat, then to go to Sams of Gulfport

I signed up last night via email for the $19.99 Sam's club membership. It instructed me to come to the store and give them my phone number. First they couldn't find it and then they told me well we don't have any Sam's club's cards all we can do is give you a piece of paper or you can sign up for the shop and go and enter your credit card. I do not enter my credit card information on my cell phone. And I asked her I said so how long are you going to be without cards because this is totally useless for me as far as getting fuel her response was she had no clue but I could go to another Sam's club and get a card. What a joke what a waste of my time

Lazy Sams club location. Need to get more worker to have carts ready for shoppers. Came here and none carts to be had. They were all still in the parking lot smh.

This is a busy Sam's! It may not be the most organized and clean, but the staff and customers are pretty nice! Offerings had all I need as a long time Sam's customer and one who is visiting the neighborhood. Besides obvious cleanliness and organization (items and debris in aisles, not used areas, the gas station had some pumps not working. The lines were quite long to fill up.

Dear Sam's Club, we refunded our purchase in full tonight after dealing with two snippy employees, completely unprovoked, who also couldn't explain the credits program. Your loss. Will take my patronage elsewhere.

As usual, Sam's doesn't fail!. It was my Guy's very first time visiting and he fell in love. As I knew he would, like a kid in a candy store!
