Got back to my 4Runner after getting my tires rotated and balanced and noticed a big scratch on my door. Realized it lined up perfectly with the cart return they parked it next to. Went back in and asked about it… tech said “yeah I did that… I didn’t know it left a scratch.”
Won’t be back here!!

I came in to shop yesterday and stopped to talk to one of the employees. We hadn’t been talking more then 2 minutes when a “manager” by the name of Christina came up and pulled the employee away.
