OWNER PARTICIPATED IN INSURRECTION!!! Which explains the nastiness of most of these employees, the treatment of the customers and employees, and it shows. I’ve seen ppl be ignored bc of how they look- it’s a grocery store not Saks 5th Ave. smh. I used to love this store but won’t get a nickel of my money anymore.

We used an electric cart today because my husband has a progressive lung disease. Why can't the carts be put in a shady spot vinyl seats hurt to sit on. My husband is considering bring a towel next time but why should he. The manager should try sitting on those chairs to get a feel for what there customers go through.

Went in for a surprise protein for myself for dinner. Found shrimp, Alaskan King Crab, corn on the cob and sauce in which to dip everything! It was warm and perfect for $11.00!!!

I was so stressed out over my daughters 13th birthday party Saturday before I ever got to rouses to pick up the cake and when I did of course something was wrong as is with every cake I get anywhere not just here but the way they fixed it so quick and the cake still came out top tier is what I’m so appreciative of! They did their thing and quickly with me stressed out! A 15 minute fix and the cake came out better than it was before hand! I don’t know the girls name who did it but she did her thing and I appreciate her so much!
We had so many compliments on this cake and how good it looked. Some was even speaking on how they never seen a softball card birthday cake lol wasn’t what we was trying to do but hey if that’s how you look at then awesome lol. Thank you guys for being so caring and professional Saturday evening!

Shop here often and always satisfied until this morning...we have out of town company leaving today, 4 days ago I called Rouses on Pass Road and ordered 6 Live Lobsters to pick up this morning by 10 am...I was told no problem and they even offered to Boil and Steam them for me I wanted to cook them at home, part of the fun...I offered to pay in advance or give a deposit and they said nor required pay when you pick them up Monday morning... we just called and no Lobsters they said they sold a lot this weekend and didn't pay attention to the orders on the book...really disappointed at the response or lack of response from the Seafood manager...Clayborne is our new favorite market they can take an order

Rouses is a good chain grocery store, although a little pricey. Quality items, Good deli, bakery etc.
Today 8-31-24 Store was a wreck. Sushi Deli secrion has gotton ridicules with the prices. Can get bowls ar Qdota cheaper and better ingredients. Priced themselves right out of the market.
