I absolutely love this car wash. They have free vacuum and free car matt cleaning machine available. They have towels that you can use as well as cleaning products, and all this included with your car wash.

I’ve been to a lot of riches and a lot of car washes as a traveling sales person. This is by far the best ever! The car wash actually got the bugs off and the staff was so nice. They have towels and spray bottles and a mat cleaner too!

I had not been to Rich's Car Wash in over a month. I wasn't too pleased with the staff. My car was so bad off I decided to just go anyway.
I can't believe it is the same place! Wow!! It is more than excellent now!
First of all, I was greeted with the most welcoming greeting by this man with a glowing smile as he met me right away at the entrance to do a courtesy credit card swipe for me.
After I went through and parked my car for vacumning, I noticed he was helping and greeting customers continually, with that same smile, full of friendly energy and greetings.
He showed me the carts on wheels that have spray bottles of interior cleaner, exterior cleaner, and air freshener, plus stacks of clean cloths on the side for use...FREE!
He showed me a FREE automatic floor mats washer and dryer that you just feed your mat into and it slides through slowly, and then back through to dry. (He did it for me because I wasn't sure what to do...so kind!)
I had decided to go get new mats after the car wash because my floor mats were too bad. Well, now they look like brand new! Not needed!
What a great place to go now, thanks to this excellent new manager, Chuck!!
Chuck says he has been there about a month. A huge thank you and welcome to South Mississippi, Chuck!!

The guy working said they were missing a roller at the end of the carwash however insisted that the carwash didn't make these scratches. These weren't there before entering the carwash! Beware drivers side front tire. They refuse to take responsibility.
