Back a couple years ago, when I was scammed they helped me immensely . I really appreciated what they did for me. The only reason I did't give it 5 stars, is because it is too hard to get in and out of the bank there by Winn Dixie.And the other reason, is that is is so far. I wish they would build a branch in Wiggins.

Regions policy of paying a pending item after being notified it's fraud doesn't make sense to me. Now I have to wait 7-10 days to hopefully get back the over 3K debit card charges. Rough when I've got a mortgage to pay.

I moved to the Orange Grove area 1 year ago. Everyone at this branch has been so friendly. I have health issues. They made it very easy to add my son to my accounts. It was a pleasure doing business with them.

I do hate that these folks had such negative experiences with and feelings toward Regions. I have been a customer for many, many years. I find every experience pleasant. I have never been treated with anything but with the utmost respect. I feel like my business matters. I say... thank you Regions.

Just moved here. Tried to cash my payroll check which is through Regions. Because I have a out of state driver's license and no second form of government ID or a credit card they would not cash it. I found a place that was willing to cash it however they couldn't help because Region's refuses to verify checks over the phone!!!!

Regions used to be a good bank. Recently they have changed too many policies that hurt the regular guy. I've been a customer for 10+ years and they regularly disappoint me. They charge fees for no reason. They don't do courtesy checks anymore when I needed one Ina tight spot and didn't have my normal check book. They charged me to get a certified check in its absence. They won't order coins for you (I'm a collector) saying there has to be a legit reason. It's MY money in the bank. If I want it in coins they should deliver. Over all they are 100% a garbage bank and I will be moving to a most customer friendly one.

I've had a personal account for over ten years, and a business account for seven years. After moving here to Mississippi, I will be swapping banks. The rudest people, unfriendly service, and lack of accessibility is to much to deal with. This is why Regions in general is going down hill.

It's a shame to receive such bad service. I was helped by a heavier set caucasian woman at a computer. She's very rude, didn't want to help me, and acted as if I was a problem. I never got rude back with her and stayed polite. If a customer has a problem, the least you can do is try to help and make the customer feel as though they're valued.It probably doesn't matter to them, but, I'll be taking my business account and personal account to a financial institution who may appreciate my business. I promise that Regions don't care, though.

Same horrible customer service and not enough staff to get any help. Took all my money out and won't be back
