I went there to get an estimate and I was told that the estimate will be $100. I asked the lady why they're charging. She stated because a lot of people come in there get their estimates and don't come back. I never heard of a collision place to get an estimate that you have to pay them. Then she proceeds to tell me that she's going to check to see if they can waive it. She comes back and states that they'll waive it and makes me an appointment but I never showed up. That made me stop and think what would they do to my vehicle? That's just my opinion. I won't go back

After entrusting my Audi A4 to Ray Brandt Collision Center following an accident, my expectations for a professional repair service were not met, leading to a series of disappointments. Initially, I was promised a two-week repair timeframe. However, this period extended to over a month due to ongoing delays and inadequate communication. I had explicitly informed them of the financial impact of renting a car out-of-pocket on a daily basis and requested that if they anticipated any delays beyond 2-3 weeks, or if they were unsure about their capability to perform any repairs, to promptly advise me so I could consider alternative options, such as taking my vehicle to Audi in Mobile.
Upon collection of my vehicle after the lengthy repair process, I encountered several issues with the quality of the work. Incorrectly installed and loose door handles, a malfunctioning parking sensor, and an overheating issue that was not present prior to the repair work, all pointed to a possible neglect or mishandling during the repair process. This significantly compounded my frustration and inconvenience.
Further exacerbating the situation, after addressing these quality concerns and returning the vehicle to them, I was informed of a newly discovered 'faulty' coolant fan. Surprisingly, it was suggested that I seek further diagnostics and repairs from Audi in Mobile, despite having already paid a substantial $2,000 deductible for repairs.
This series of events has significantly diminished my trust in Ray Brandt Collision Center. The lack of transparency, the unacceptable delays, and the questionable quality of repair work call for a serious reassessment of their service standards and practices. I strongly advise potential customers to proceed with caution, ensuring clear, documented communication regarding repair timelines and expectations, and to conduct a thorough inspection of their vehicle before and after repairs. My hope in sharing this is to encourage Ray Brandt to reevaluate their service standards and practices.

Worst experience I have ever had with a body shop! Communication was horrible at best! The Lady at the front desk is a total Witch (with a B) she acted like we inconvenienced her by checking on the progress of our car (they are supposed to call you, that's a joke) and the work on the car is horrible. Paint is not a match at all, very noticeable. Head light's are miss matched, my 9 year Grandauther could have done better! I would not recommend this shop to anyone! And when we tried to talk to them about it all they informed us nothing they could do about it, not their problem. Take it up with our insurance company! If your insurance tries to send you there Run as fast as you can the other way!

I recently had my Toyota repaired due to a deer collision. The staff kept me updated on the vehicle status. They repaired my car fairly quick, and the end result was amazing! I would recommend Ray Brandt Collision to anyone!
