The reason why I gave it a two wasn’t because of the merchandise. I love the merchandise It was because of the customer service so the customer service was fine until it was time for me to check out . I had spent about 20 minutes looking for different items I’m disabled and shopping is extremely difficult because I’m on walker and that store is not disabled friendly at all it’s packed and it doesn’t really accommodate wheelchair or walkers one of the items that I was going to purchase was a pair of tennis shoes that had a sign located over the shoes for $10 however when it was time for me to check out, I asked the young lady asked manger who gave me this speech about the sign should have been changed she said I had to buy two pair of shoes that’s not what the sign said. The sign said $10. The shoes was regular 1299. I was buying maybe six shirts and they were priced 9.99 to 1299+ the shoes and two hats that were 899 each, I was told someone made a mistake. They hadn’t changed the signs. I was trying to figure out how that was supposed to be my problem as the customer but she would not let me have the shoes. She said we have several that I can buy two pairs. It is priced under the sign and all the shoes under that sign at that price. You should honor that that’s the consumer law . the sales girl asked the manager. The manager said oh no ma’am you can buy another pair meaning two pairs in order for her to honor the 10 dollar price . My total was about already over 100.00 already with the items I was getting I politely declined because right is right and wrong is wrong. The manager was wrong. She should’ve honored the price. She totally lost the wholesale behind That one pair of shoes I’d rather shop somewhere else that honors their prices This was definitely the managers’s fault. She tried to put it on the sales clerks, but it was really her fault.

Not many things in my size (7).. spent a while digging trying to find 2 different types of jeans to try on. I saw the fitting rooms and asked to try them on?.. she said sorry, they were closed and couldnt tell me why.. it was the middle of the day so I am assuming its because they didnt want to have to clean them? I said oh ok, and told my husband let's go and turned to hang them up. She said, I could take them home and try them on, but I only had 7 days to return them. I said no thanks. I wanted to buy them today but not if I can't try them on here. Then we left. I'm not taking a chance and having to waste time and gas to bring these back if they didn't fit.. will not be back.

I took my granddaughter there cause she had a dance to go to. This one lady was very helpful I didn't get her name. But she made sure my granddaughter was well put together. I really appreciate her.

Have nice clothes and the deals are good but the down fall is there is never anyone to check you out at the counter I waited a good 20 minutes for someone to ring me up and they never came so I put the outfit back and left I won't be back the service is definitely a 1 store I'm giving a 3 store cause I do like the store but not the staff

THE CLOTHES LOOK WORN AND USED ,BUT THE MANAGER PUTS THE OLD CLOTHES THAT'S TORN BACK ON THE RACKS . ALSO THE SALE LADIES ARE VERY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL . GO TO BILOXI THERE CLOTHES ARE NOT USED OR TORN . YOU HAVE TO WAIT IN LONG LINES THERE ,BECAUSE THE STAFF IS OLD AND SLOW . THEY SO RUDE AND SLOW WHY SHOP THERE . BILOXI IS BETTER AND THE STAFF IS VERY PROFESSIONAL .

It was very crowded with racks of merchandise. I was looking for a purse and did browse around. I guess it would be a place to go if you had plenty of time and a idea of what you want.
