Good place. Installed new headlights that I brought in for 2015 Chevy Colorado. Nobody else would touch customer brought in parts. Only took 2 hours!

I went today to have a tractor tire repaired and the customer service that DJ provided was amazing. He went above and beyond to make sure that my tire was repaired. He even called me when it was ready to pick up. DJ is a very valuable asset to this company. It is hard to find good customer serve now days but, DJ showed out and did just that! Go by and make sure to ask for DJ.

8/1/24 We had purchased a set of new tires for our pickup truck, in Eddyville, Ky. on Oct. 17, 2023. The tires were BF Goodrich Advantage. With only 1,113 miles on these tires, we found out their was no traction with these tires when it rains. Called Michelin and they issued a warranty claim and then called Performance Tire and Wheel in Gulfport, MS. for assistance. The tire shop, also informed me these tires should never have been put on a pickup truck. This tire shop took care of my tire warranty. Even though they did not sell me the original tires, they were just simple great to deal with I highly recommend them. They are professional's in all aspects.

What sets PTW apart from other shops is its customer service. Don Jr. and Dino will go beyond what is required of them. Over the years of service, my family has taken their cars to PTW, and we feel very comfortable and safe with their service. In a world lacking customer service PTW is spot on.

We were from out of town and felt the truck wobbling really bad! Had already stopped at several tire shops that told us that they was to busy to get to us! We finally found this tire shop and they got us in as fast as they could and was able to find the problem! Our rear passenger tire belt was separating! I asked if they could just put our spare on for us and they did! I’m so glad we stopped and didn’t keep going!!! Thank you to Jerry and the guys that helped!!!!

Don Ja and Eddie were extremely helpful in assisting me with selecting the right tire and were knowledgeable about the tires they offered, Clayton who installed the tires and replaced the tire pressure sensors done an excellent job and did not rush and made sure everything was correct. Overall a very good experience and I will definitely bring my business back here in the future..
