From start to finish, the team at Gulfport Nissan made buying our new 2024 Kicks a seamless process. There was no pressure, and all of the personnel there were extremely helpful, courteous, and informed. We received 5 star service from our salesman Malik Lenard, excellent customer service from Ms Kim regarding immediate need to know info, and expert handling from the finance manager, Ian. I highly recommend Gulfport Nissan and their staff for all future vehicle needs.

on 8/12, I called the dealership to come and pick up my car due to it not cranking. It was stalling the day before. That morning Jennifer told me that they can send a tow truck to pick it up and they will add the tow bill to my balance once my car was fixed. when the tow man came, he told me that I would have to pay $85 up front. So I did. That same day they sent me a link showing me what was wrong with my car. when I clicked on the link, it would not pull up everything so I called. I was told by some man that I needed to get my Mass Air Flow sensor and coolant leak fixed in order for my car to run. I paid $798.02 that and that same day, picked up my car and my car broke down that evening. I had to pay for another tow truck$125. Me and my son was stuck on the side of the road until around 11pm. I called the next morning and spoke with Jennifer. she said she will send another tow and I would not have to pay for the tow truck. My father called the dealership and spoke with Heather who in my opinion is unfit to be any type of manager! He felt like the dealership should reimburse me for my second tow. Well to make a long story short, heather told us that if the problem had nothing to do with the Mass Air Flow or the coolant leak, then I will have to pay for the tow truck that came and picked up my car which means 3 tows in two days. That next day, heather called me back and said my motor was gone. so over $1,000 was paid for no reason. This dealership took my money and still have my car. Heather told me that it will be between $5,000-$8,000 in order for me to get a used motor. I have yet to hear from anyone in the service department about resolving the issue with my car. I went up there and spoke with Alan a BASIC service person who told me there is no one over heather that I can speak with. I called another repair shop and they said the dealership failed to do a block test due to me having a coolant leak before sending me back on the road. I am seeking JUSTICE!. I would give this dealership a negative negative negative star if it was such a thing. NEVER PURCHASE OR HAVE YOUR CAR REPAIRED HERE!!!

I am very pleased with my Toyota 4Runner. The entire staff were kind and thorough. Nicki diligently took her time in finding a vehicle that suited my needs, keeping my 3 year old son in mind. Malik and I test drove the 4Runner and he took the time to show me the cool features. Ian and the finance team carefully explained the finance side of things and answered all my questions, even giving me some well needed credit advice. Thank God and thank you all at Gulfport Nissan.

I almost had a great deal with Gulfport Nissan. Then, the grimy side of buying a new car revealed itself. Nothing but complete arrogance from the finance guru who killed the sale. Basically saying..."those are her (salesperson) numbers and these are mine". I declined b/c the note was $200 more/month. He dug his heels in further. I later learned that a hard credit inquiry had been made without my permission. Now, they refuse to remove it. THIS is why people would rather go to the dentist than to a car dealership. if this is taken down, I will keep posting until they remove the inquiry. Save yourselves. Shop wherever Taylor goes next. Good as gold. Just not this dealership.

I recently purchased my first car, a 2024 Nissan Sentra, and I couldn't be happier with my decision. Malik and Blake, my sales representatives, made the entire process smooth and stress-free.
