I’m very disappointed with this dealership. I took my vehicle there because the engine and brake system lights came on. They told me I needed a brand new transmission, which would cost about $7,000 including labor. They were very pushy about getting it done and insisted there was nothing else they could do to fix it.
Seeking a second opinion, I took my car to a different auto shop. They found that the transmission was low on fluid and that the transmission belt needed to be replaced. That was it. I haven’t had any issues with my vehicle since then. I’m very disappointed with this dealership for trying to scam me like this.

After paying for an extended warranty we sold the vehicle and canceled warranty with Louisiana car warranty broker-sold by Peck Honda. Prorated amount was sent back to dealership over 90 days ago and never returned to me. No one will answer phone calls or messages , have been in the lobby twice waiting for finance manager to speak to me without any results or acknowledgment.

I love, Pat Pat Honda of Gulfport. They’re very polite, fast, convenient, and competitively priced making the care they give my vehicle optimal every time I’ve been here. As a low income, single mom, I’m happy to say I found a trustworthy dealership with friendly staff, transparent sales reps, and honest reliable mechanics. Brought my recently purchased 2016 Pilot in to PP Honda to resolve an issue with the Emission System Problem warning and poor engine performance. They looked into it and replacing the High Pressure fuel pump remedied the performance. Then they replaced the fuel injectors for the ESP issue, but that didn’t help. They are stumped and reaching back to Honda Tech for guidance. All this process has taken place despite agonizingly inefficient comms from the Service Department. I am forced to nag, which I dislike, but whatever it takes!

Had an amazing experience at Pat Peck Honda! Chris, John, and the entire staff are friendly, patient, and fun! I felt like I was visiting with friends rather than buying a car. They were complete strangers when I arrived. I went back several days later to bring something to the dealership, and when I walked in, they called me by name, shook my hand, asked how my daughter was liking her car (and even remembered her name too)! This is all good, but how did the deal go down? Great! I told them what I had to put down and where I needed my note to be. At the end of the day, we were within $20 of where I needed it to be each month. Financing was smooth and easy. No one pressured me for additional things that I didn’t need. I highly recommend these folks!

I can’t say enough about the wonderful experience I had today. Miguel not only took the time to explain to me what he found, but he also came with pictures and video to show me so I was able to make a well informed decision because, after all, car maintenance can be quite costly. I do not believe I have ever walked away from spending a very unplanned $2100 with a genuine smile on my face as I did today. At checkout, Amy took the time to make sure all of my questions were answered with a smile. Pat Peck Honda has quite the team right now. Keep up the excellent work!

MY ADVISOR IS THE REASON BEHIND ALL 5 STARS!
I almost ate all of the snacks. There needs to be a food run/field trip vehicle (perhaps an Odyssey or Pilot) for groups of customers waiting on site for their vehicles’ repair; especially if a scheduling mishap has a 2 hour 30 min wait on basic oil change & tire rotation. (That’s an awful lot like a normal repair day at the Toyota dealership a few exits away.)
There could be waivers for customers to sign to make sure Pat Peck is not liable for anything negative done by the customers. Multiple food run/field trip vehicles would SURELY set Honda’s customer experience above all others.
