Horrible place. On the second shift. I had a computer on hold . It was the floor model. The Manager said he had to clean it out. And come back to pick it up. The guy in the print service area ignored me . He let 4 customers go in front of me. I said hey I've been waiting for some service. He continued to ignore me. That was the first time I've ever felt racism... I took my business to best buy. I will never go back again.

Found the office chair I wanted, got a good sale price, it was assembled and waiting for me. 11/4/2023. There was a really good sale on an Epson printer. Copy paper was also on sale. The salespeople answered our questions, and helped us find a USB cable

Never have enough people working! Came to buy something yesterday and had to walk around looking for somebody to cash me out. Came to return something today and one guy working in the printing area with a long line and no one to help. I will drive out of my way to the Iberville to avoid this Office Depot in the future.

Awful customer service from the store manager, Shane, as well as corporate customer service. It looks like this specific store has received several 1 star reviews in the last few months- I think it's time that Management is held accountable.I've spent thousands of dollars at Office Depot and I can promise you that I will never spend another dime in this store. DO BETTER OFFICE DEPOT.*I feel like I need to note that the other Shane at the print counter was wonderful. He actually tried to resolve my issue and spoke to me with Respect unlike his boss.
