You enter the base with an ID yet you still have to scan it and wait until you fiddle with your id for 5 mins before someone's finally comes

Staff is nice and helpful. I received an email confirming my order is ready for pick an hour before pick up time. However, I waited over 20mins for my groceries to be brought out. Then when I got home, I had 2 items missing eventhough I was charged for it.

I believe that this base is the most depressing place that I've seen since I moved here one year ago.

This is 1 out of the 8 different commissaries I’ve been to. Considering its size it does offer a decent variety of different food items as well as brand selection. The three star rating is for a couple of reasons. First the staff are hard to find and not very friendly when you do find someone to help. Most importantly all their perishable items are either very close to expired or very expired.
