Horrible experience! Would NOT recommend! They attempted a job they were incapable of doing. Then refused to refund any portion of what was paid. Now we have to find a reputable muffler shop that is capable of fixing the damage they caused.

At first thought the service was v very helpful,and fairly quick. I had problems with an exhaust thar was not done there....I've never seen it happen before but my truck somehow blew two borla mufflers apart at the seam. I went to them to see why? And get it fixed. They told me they saw nothing wrong it must have just been be ause the mufflers were older. I did not question them it seemed like it could be. A year later with no warning one of the new mufflers did the exact thing again. When I contacted them and sent pictures,and after a few questions back and forth the lady in the front said it was covered under warranty because it was on the seam of muffler. I live 3 hours away and work 6 hours from there store. I spent over a hundred dollars in gas to get truck there.....for her to decide it was not covered because my truck does not have cats on it. I'm not the muffler expert,so I don't understand why you would not have told me that when I bought them....I asked why they had blown apart when they said I needed new ones. It's just funny how they found a way to not replace it,when if that was true I should have been notified before I bought them,so I could remedy the problem. All they offered was for me to purchase a n entire new exhaust system cuz they said it was illegal for them to work on a truck with no catalytic converters. Sounds like it's my fault for bringing it here at all.

Update. My son took his Cobalt up there to get an exhaust leak fixed. He got back to the house with a blown fuse and maybe more we just haven't found it yet. Still has the exhaust leak and they charged him $450 for the job. Seems a bit expensive to me since they didn't actually fix the leak. I don't think they are what they used to be.

They know their stuff. Great and fast service. As they work they ask if that is exactly how you want it before they weld it. Very happy customer. 43 years in the same location. If you don't know what you want then ask them because they have great advice. Happy customer ×3 now.

Best muffler shop hands down. If you have a classic car this is your must go to shop. They hooked my 82 Foxbody Mustang up with 3 inch exhaust. Great job, great service

The crew at national muffler took care of me and my exhaust! Car sounds so much better and I definitely gained 10-15 horsepower. Highly recommend great service and fair prices!

Came in for a simple weld to hold a rattling heat shield on my exhaust. The guy put my vehicle on the lift and literally put three tack welds brought the lift down and charged me $67 plus tax. A real muffler shop may have charged $20 for that. I almost passed out when they told me how much it was going to be but at that point the weld was already done so there was nothing I could do except pay it. Would not recommend anyone to go to this place unless you just have a paper sack full of money that you just wanna throw away.

THESE PEOPLE ARE FULL OF THEMSELVES AND VERY RUDEE!!!! I DONT EVEN KNOW HOW THEY ARE STILL IN BUSINESS!!!! THEY HAD MY CAR FOR 4 WEEKS AND WHEN I CAME TO GET IT THEY LITERALLY WAITED UNTIL I SWIPED MY CARD TO TELL MY CAR IS STILL NOW RUNNING!!!!!! WHAT DO YOU MEAN MY CAR IS NOT RUNNING THAT IS THE REASON I BROUGHT IT HERE .....SO I WANTED MY MONEY CAUSE OBVIOUSLY THEY DIDNT DO THE WORK!!!!! THE LADY AT THE FRONT DESK IS SO RUDE AND FULL OF HERSELF....SHE TOLD ME TO LEAVE BEFORE SHE CALLED THE POLICE....I HAD TO GET A TOWING COMPANY TO COME GET MY CAR FROM THEIR SHOP
