Moria is outstanding, always there if you have a question or problem. They closed and called me when I accidently left my unit open. When I canceled the account that my auto pay was on, they called and informed me before just locking me out of my unit. Access is secure but yet easy to enter. I thought of giving four stars because they have continuous rate hikes after moving in sometimes big hikes, but I've had no other issues.

If I could give it a negative 10 I surely would. Worst place I have ever ever been. I won two auctions here and they were literally filled with huge black bags of household trash, water damaged furniture, huge tubs of rancid sulfur smelling water that I feared haz mat would not want to touch. Rats and omg the roaches. I ended up having to take it all to the dump. And NOTHING was worth salvaging. I ended up losing my cleaning deposit on the last one because I could not endure those conditions. I had to just walk away with all the enormous bags of trash in middle of the tiny insufficient amount of asphalt in front of the unit. I am in awe of the way they run their disgusting business. I paid over $600 to clean up the nastiest thing I ever witnessed in my entire life. I have never been so mad or done so dirty. Literally. Karma is going to have a field day with them.

This place is an unmanned satellite post. The main place is a few minutes down the road South. There is a guy that lives next to the place that works for the company but he can't sign you up for a unit.
