My husband and I went to purchase a new mattress at our local Mattress Direct and the salesman, Lamont, was very knowledgeable , friendly and helpful. We completed sleep and mattress type questions with Lamont followed by a computerized evaluation where you lay on a test mattress in your usual sleeping position and it completes a short study. The study results in giving you examples of the mattresses that would be a good fit ranging from lower to higher end prices.Lamont was not pushy at all and he was very patient as we tried several mattresses on the recommended list. We decided to chose the Scott Living Alena which was mid priced. We also felt it was well constructed for heavier people.The mattress has now been delivered to our home and the company as well as the drivers made contact to keep us updated with an arrival time. Following an afternoon nap this mattress seems to be a good fit.The sales and delivery from Mattress Direct were both very professional .

I went in just to take a look. I ended up getting a new mattress. Its fantastic, they delivered free answered all my questions. They were able to match my budget with a fantastic mattress. I would highly recommend.
