You may want to check the male masseuse you have at this location. I was in for a massage and he was talking about how people sometimes say his pressure is too much. I simply said that it wasn't too bad, and I didn't see what people were talking about. He seemed to have taken that as a challenge and said "oh is that right?" He then put a ton of pressure on my thigh, way more than is necessary. I moved in pain and said the other pressure was fine, he then said "I'm a little deaf, you're going to need to speak up" while continuing the same really heavy pressure. I said that the pressure before was preferable. And he said "are you sure?" Going a few more times. He was much larger than I was so I stayed pretty quiet after that, not wanting that to happen again. I even tipped because it hadn't quite set in, just how ridiculous that was. I had even told him about a masseuse who was too hard on me while i was getting my massage amd how much I wish I said something but I'm too nervous to speak up. I will most likely be canceling my membership as this was a last straw for me. I sometimes get a great masseuse, but majority of the time, that's not the case. My thigh is in a considerable amount of pain and it stressed me out so much.

Gonna be immediately pressured into getting a contract as soon as your massage is done. No way out of that contract. Go to a smaller shop and don't support this money hungry franchise. If you already have one and can't get out of it, just call your bank and have them block the merchant from doing anymore charges.

Their business model revolves around locking their customers into a contract that is next to impossible to get out of. Unable to get out of my annual $70 a month contract unless I literally took the time to drive their and fill out paperwork to TEMPORARILY PAUSE the subscription, I finally went ahead and canceled my debit card and ordered a new one so they could no longer steal from me... Guess what? Sometimes some people sign up to these things with expectations and dare I say HOPE that they can somehow amidst the chaos of working full time and being a parent find some way to make some time each month to treat themselves to something special and restorative because they promised themselves they would try to acknowledge their own existence.... And sometimes it works out and their relationship to this business just works out perfectly... But sometimes for some people they realize at some point of time during their contract (for me it was around month 8) that despite their resolution to finally go get a massage it simply isn't going to happen and it's time to throw in the towel and accept their losses and move on.... Isn't that bad enough for these people? These are the people who are so taxed and exhausted and overworked that they literally can't find the time to treat themselves to one or more of the huge pile of paid for massages they've accumulated since they signed up.... I guess it depends who you're asking??? If you're asking massage envy, the answer is a resounding NO!!!! In fact, if this could be compared to a relationship then massage envy would be the rednecked fowl-mouthed 12pack-a-day beer-guzzling can-on-the-head-crunching recliner-habituating wife-beater-wearing wife-beating musty-smelling pile of human garbage who answers his old lady's b&tchin, moaning and goin' on and on about divorce with a shiny black eye and a busted lip cuz he does the decidin' around here and the only separating' goin on round' here's gonna be six feet down. Maybe Massage Envy should rethink their greed-centric strong-arm-the-customer business model and start showing some good old fashioned morals, ethics, values and compassion toward their customers, especially the ones who for whatever reason request to cancel their contract prematurely because they must be pretty deep in the sh&thole to not claim their many months of paid for massages! For God's sake you're geographically obligated to demonstrate southern hospitality... and if you're not going to participate then do us a favor and change your business's name to massage greedy or massage envy, AND RAPE!!!
