“I don't understand why anyone would give this store such low marks. I use it frequently as in at least once a month. Staff is always very friendly. Today is no exception. I was looking for another store that scanned documents. I didn't realize the service was provided at a UPS store. This made my life so much easier as I was making a return of a purchase at this location. How convenient. I has a rather large stack of paperwork that needed to be installed, scanned , restablecer and sent to an email address not my own. Destinee was on top of it. All this for less than $6!!! it would have taken me all day at my house to do this.I can't tell you how grateful I am for the staff at this store! Keep up the good work Destinee. I see management in your future someday!”

“I had 2 amazon returns to make and the staff here was very friendly, polite, and helpful. I needed packaging for one of my returns and I paid for it, and didn't have to do anything else. They put my item in the packaging for me, which was convenient. If I ever have to make an Amazon return again or need packaging material, I will gladly come here.”
