Needed a new washer and drier... they had what I needed in store for a great price! Shayne went above and beyond to answer my questions, get everything I needed, and to help get them loaded on my truck. Great experience, I highly recommend this location.

I went in to get lawnmower parts and the girl available had no clue of help. So I just reluctantly took what she claimed was the correct ones. She had absolutely no knowledge and I ended up returning them. The customer service is terrible! Don’t waste your time or money and go to the Diberville location.

We order roof panels for a job to be delivered on May 1st. They attempt to deliver on April 24th and am told they can not leave the material at the office location without someone there to receive it. We are unable to accept that day, they take the items back to the store and sell to another customer while keeping our money, no call to reschedule, no refund. Its not until today May 8th we’re told times can be picked up at store to only find out the material is no longer at the store and have to request a refund.
Looks like the last time we will be doing business with Lowe’s.

Compared to other locations, I think Gulfport crew does a good job. Store is clean and well organized.

Sold me a display washer and dryer that didn't work and were really snotty about it. GE took care of it, no thanks to Lowes.
