Took my BMW X3 here and from the first call when I called about getting the car towed there I got excellent service. The woman that runs the counter is extremely sweet and helpful. The owner took time to personally call me and explain things to me about my vehicle. Very fair price and very kind genuine people. I usually only would bring my car to BMW dealership but from here on out this will be where I take my BMW or any vehicle I own here. Thanks for getting me back in my baby!

I called nearly every shop in town including the dealership to have my 2007 infiniti worked on, and no one would take it except this shop. When I brought it in, they found the issue same day (fuse box) and swapped it out for me. This shop will treat you right every step of the way- friendly and communicative, and didn't charge a ridiculous rate

Pre paid for part went back to check and was told my owner that he had forgotten about me, then the part came in and it was the wrong part. I’m in the process of getting a refund but the person is not familiar with how to process a refund she stated that she has only processed (2) while employed at this business and she could not tell me how many business days it would be of if the process was done correctly so my refund is still pending $165.60. I Don’t Recommend this Business!!!!!

Will be seeing me in court. Told me it was one problem and “said” they changed the part and now it’s something else. I make great money and I think they think they gone get more money out of me. I’d rather pay my lawyer, see you soon

Import Performance is literally the BEST automotive service experience I've ever had!! I drive an Audi A8L. Drove from Maryland to Mississippi for school, and knew I'd need to put my car in for service prior to leaving. I needed brakes, an oil change, and wanted to get a coolant leak diagnosed.Dropped the car off for brakes + oil change last Friday mainly because they ONLY use Liqui-Moly oil (if you know you know). Darnell (the gentleman who worked on the car) finished and worked on diagnosing the source of the coolant leak. He meticulously went thru the cooling system via inspection, checking everything under pressurized load. He found the source to be the water pump.Car was dropped off again yesterday when they opened, and was done before 2pm. Both services would have cost me well over $3k back home....I'm in for less than half. AMAZING prices. They used the highest quality parts, and saved me a ton of money. If you live in Gulfport/Biloxi.....there's NO OTHER PLACE you need to be getting your foreign car serviced. Especially not the place down the street from them.Shoutout to Ms. Pam, Ron, and Darnell!!! Are you kidding me? Since this shop lost their head mechanic, they just play around with your cars for days with no results. They refuse to honor their own companies warranties for work completed by their previous mechanic.And when you ask them how 2 get ahold of their previous mechanic they tell you they don't know where he is!He is located on Hues Ave.Now this shop in particular is absolute trash without their lead mechanic (Don). Don't even bother bringing your car to this place, they're just going to waste your time and money.Go see Don on Hues Ave and 32nd (I think that's right, if not it's the next street)But don't dare trust these people with your car. Not even to put a plug in your tire or change out your battery. They'll mess that up if you let them.

I needed new brake pads and they replaced them quickly and for a good price. While they were changing my pads they also let me know of a caliper issue I had that needed to be fixed. If I had let it go on longer it would have been a more serious issue. Darnell is an amazing mechanic and treats the customers vehicle as if they were his own. I appreciate the quality customer service and will be back for any other car services I need.

People don’t find the small business like this often. Took a car that had major issues to them to look at. Had the car for about a month. Could not figure out what was wrong. But did not give up. Asked me to be patient . Received a call telling me that they tried everything. Since their computer was not scanning because the power in the car was not coming on, they could not pinpoint the problem.They still continued to diagnose. Contacted the Mercedes Dealership and a few other Colleagues and was able to get the issue figured out.Mist cases, shops are eager to take your money without any hesitation. Pam and her staff was more concerned that they figure out what was wrong and not try to price gouge. They were not satisfied until I was. I was shocked to see what my bill was. I thought it would be a lot more but I would have paid it either way.It’s not always about the money it’s about Quality and Great Service.
