“I went to hobby lobby on 3 different occasions for assistance from the framing department...all 3 times I was ignored dodged and overlooked...on the 3rd time I sat in my car for 30 mins and placed a review on the customer service in the framing department...I went to Micheals after leaving there....JONESSSS in the framing department is absolutely amazing! Her customer service as well as her personality is amazing....she was so nice and polite... I had to tell her that she was a breath of fresh air...she framed my husband retirement certificate for me on the spot! Jesus if we could only have more people like her! THANK U JONES U MADE MY DAY my husband is a retired disabled Veteran...he has a stack of awards to be framed for his new man cave...Michaels is my new fav...THANK U AGAIN JONES (I'm a happy camper)!”
