I have been here multiple times over the last 12 years. The staff is always really friendly but either I am unlucky with who I get when I am there or they are always training new people. Every time I have gone there, the nail tech is always drill happy whether I got gel or acrylic. My cuticles were cut several times with the drill and they drill until my nail bed is so hot it hurts. My fingertips literally hurt for 4 days after going here and the gel polish chipped and started coming off within 3 days of getting them done.
