Handsboro Animal Hospital has been amazing to our two dogs. They work to get you an appointment quickly and the entire staff is very helpful. You can tell right away that they truly care about your pets!

Growing up my dad always took our babies to Dr.Williams at Handsborough and he's always been amazing, I'm 32 now and i still take my fur babies to him.From eye surgery on my 19 year old pekingese to check ups.He's really a class act and i reccomend him to anybody who needs a vet!

We unexpectedly got a new puppy....it's been many years since we've had one. The vet is absolutely wonderful. She always takes time to explain things to us and is very gentle with our pup. They board our pup as well when needed and our pup is very excited to stay.

Brought my cat in 3 weeks ago for coughing they gave me medicine for her we did every thing they told us to do then we brought the cat in on the date they said to get blood work and refused service, long story short the vet never washed her hands from other cats and gave her leukemia,she has to be put down I extremely do not recommend this vet to anybody if you care for your pets

I have never seen a veterinarian like this before in my life. My dog has had an ear infection since June. I’ve told her if he ever had this problem what ear drops always helped him. They refuse to write a prescription so I can take care of the problem. But they wanted to give a different ear drops to him there, it’s September and he still has an infection. I finally decided to get online and look the medicine up that she was giving him. It plainly says it comes in two doses one 7 days after the first one given. I was never told not once to bring him back for a second dose. But I continued to take him back for help. Long story short he still has the same problem, and has lost over 5 pounds since. The only vet I’ve ever seen that wouldn’t simply give you a bottle of ear drops. And instead insist you bring him so they can do it the incorrect way, instead of the directions from the manufacturer of the medication. If I could I would give 0 stars. Seems all she cares about is money instead of my dogs health. Giving him only half of the drops that was in the instructions for the medication she used he only received one dose that just kept his ears irritated constantly. I could have taken care of the problem from the beginning with a simple prescription for ear drops . But she won’t write you a prescription.

We couldn't be any happier with Dr Gaddy taking care of our pets! My parents have even recently transferred their dogs over to this clinic as well when one of them began having health issues that their previous vet kept putting him on different rounds of antibiotics for. Dr Gaddy has gone above and beyond to run diagnostic tests on him to find the root cause of his health problems and help heal him back to his old self rather than just continually treating him over and over again. We love having a doctor that cares about our pets as much as we do!

Easy to schedule boarding on relatively short notice. Staff was attentive and very courteous when I called to check in on our fur baby. Jade was happy to see me return, but I could see she had been well-treated and was ok with staying there. She came out smelling so good!

We have been using Handsboro Animal Hospital for over 6 years now. I love the staff both past and present. They are amazing, gracious and trustworthy. They are the only facility on the coast I trust with my Luna. Thank you Dr. Gaddy and team for taking such good care of my fur baby and also for taking care of me. When something is wrong with Luna you guys always put me at ease. I appreciate you all so much!!! Here’s to many years!

I feel very fortunate to have Dr. Gaddy as our fur babies Dr. Each animal is treated like the most important creature in the world. She takes her time to explain everything, and answer all of my questions. The level of compassion shown by her and the staff is incredible! I can't imagine taking my babies anywhere else! If I could give them 100 stars I would. Thank you Dr. Gaddy and staff for being so Wonderful!
