I love this branch and the people here. I recently had a really bad issue with Hancock's fraud department and I was ready to move my account. The only reason I stayed is because of the service at this Branch! Melissa is always helpful and Ms. Vickie is the teller I look for every time. However, it was Renee' and the help she provided on one issue that really convinced me to stay! She did in one hour what Keesler bungled for 4 days!!! I go in the branch with problems and Renee' fixes them! She is sweet, professional and really helpful! Give the Lyman branch a try and let the ladies in there show you what real customer service looks like.

I loved my experience working with this bank, the first bank I’ve ever used, and Renee made the experience perfect and easy to do. I honestly loved that the experience wasn’t stressful, even in the slightest. Highly recommend.

Ian says he closes loans every month. Well his service surely does not indicate a man with experience. My mother is supposed to be closing on May 15th which is next week and he is just now letting her know that he needs her divorce decree from three husbands the last one which she has been divorced from for about 15 years. Then he is telling her that he needs the loan payoff amount on her car which is absolutely ridiculous because her credit report should reflect the amount needed to pay off her car at this point as she does not pay interest on her car loan.
Additionally he said he needed some paperwork from someone who is assisting my mother and he was specifically told to make sure he got that before that person went out of town and now he is calling and disturbing that person while they are on an extravagant vacation because he said if he does not get this by Friday the closing will have to be postponed.
After this is over my mother will be leaving a review and I'm sure her's won't be as polite as mine because there's a whole lot more to this story than I feel like writing right now.

Don't ever use Hancock Whitney mobile check deposit on the app. Your money will be locked up for 2 days and not released until midnight, how does this benefit your customers keesler does it almost instantly

They charge you 9 bucks to cash each check if you do not have an account with them. Even though they are Hancock Whitney checks. That just sucks.

Went through drive through, and the teller was friendly and courteous. Only took a couple minutes for my transaction.

If you’re interested in a mortgage loan, please contact Ian Kramer, who is a specialist at this branch. Ian was dependable, timely, awesome to work with and made sure I had everything I needed throughout the whole process as a first time buyer. He thoroughly explained the process with grace every time I asked a question. Still, when I need questions answered in the same realm, he is my go-to person! Ian is definitely an asset to that team. Way to go, Ian! I appreciate you!

This is my Bank and it is run wonderfully, everyone is always helpful and courteous and patient with the customers. Very grateful to have this branch closest to my house. I would drive farther if need be to get to this particular branch. Love the people here.

Stopped at this branch upon returning to the region to see about change and the status of my old account. Found out that this shady bank (when Whitney, excellent; worse than BOA is Hancock!!) closed my account and kept the money. Then. The snotty lead clerk training a young lady was rude enough to deny the change as "I was No Longer an account holder - but if I open another account I can get change"... Wta...?!? Like I am willing going to allow these unscrupulous jerks to take more money for absolutely nothing?!?! If you are an account holder currently, I recommend finding an honest financial institution. This is Not Honest; and, if they are lacking the mental and ethical basis for even change, at a "bank", refuse to do business with anyone else who ever uses Hancock -Whitney!! They do Not deserve a business license!!
