I went Friday to get money out of my account and the teller was ALL in my business then she going to ask me questions like what is the money for … so then she tell me she has to call my phone to verify that it is me and keep in mind I have been going to this branch for the last two months getting large amounts for the rebuild of my house I said why do you need to call me when you all have never done that before so she calls the manager for that day over and she tell me it proper procedure we do it all the time especially with large amount I said that’s fine but when did that start today cause I have been coming here the last couple of times and no one has asked me that and not once have I had problems and then I said, and every time I come here always asking me what am I doing, what am I doing? It’s not her business and she said I just cause I’m supposed to said you’re not supposed to because none of your business and the manager she made me she wanted me to sign my signature as close to as close as possible and I told her I’m sorry right now I’m upset because y’all have done upset me because it’s none of your business. What I’m doing with my money when I come to get my money you all you have to do is get it. OK and pass me my cashiers check, not the branch managers are rude. I started to take my money and go elsewhere but I went to the other one over there and they are awesome not once did I have any questions asked they just gave me my money because it’s my money they just gave me my money and told me had a great day and that was wonderful. Courthouse Road please do not go all very rude and very slow. and I forgot to say I also called and I spoke with someone but not once and it’s like day. It’s like the next day normally time you get a phone call or whatever if you have a problem, or either you get a email asking you how was your experience..this time I didn’t get one and believe me I was waiting on that phone call or that email come through and they know they was in the wrong and they know I was highly upset and I was waiting on that phone call or that email

I woke up to my account having lost $150 dollars after not checking it for a year. I wanted to start up a good relationship with the bank. I went in the branch and they said they could only refund 10 dollars of that.I will be sure to tell all friends and family not to do business with this bank.

Bank is only open for drive thru service and the line and wait are a nightmare.

Before I switched to a credit union, I did business with Hancock Bank before the Whitney Bank merged with them. Hancock Bank is only concerned about Hancock Bank (now merged with the Whitney) and not the patrons. Banks in general will do nothing to work with their customers. Furthermore, they charge excessive administrative fees. Glad I finally wised up and left. I will never use any bank ever again.

Run. Hancock Whitney being considered a Bank is about as accurate as McDonald's serving a 5 star burger. They can't even manage to deposit a check without depositing it, reversing it three times and being unable to figure out how to undo the erroneous process. Additionally, they lack common technology such ss ATM depositing that most Banks feature. Lastly, don't even think about calling in for support as you'll be on hold for Over 20 minutes (don't worry, the voice recording will tell you the hold time).
