Very professional and helpful. I blew out a tire about a week ago or so. Ronnie helped me with putting my spare on for the time being. I came back to get my tire put on my rim and they even put that back on for me. I definitely will go back. Honestly they didn't make me pay for any of it. I feel bad for not paying but he insisted I was good to go. Thank you for your help and service. I wish I could give more then 5 stars. I really appreciate it. Definitely recommend gulf coast outdoor world.

Don't take your mower here to get serviced!!! I should of stuck with my gut instinct as the front desk guys are very lazy and the service department proved to be no different. We dropped mower off, last winter. In the time that they had it, we heard every excuse in the book. Mechanic on vacation, family emergency, we'll call you back, etc. Long story short. We picked it up this summer and it would NOT even operate. So, we took it to Mow Life in Diamondhead and they fixed it in one day. Stay away from Gulf Coast Outdoor World!!!

The parts dept is not helpful at all. They put you on hold on the phone and act like they are looking for a part you give the size for (wheel and tire assembly) then come back and say you have to go to the (other manufacturer) for the part. When told that a brand they carry has the EXACT part they still tell you that you have to go back to the (other) manufacture for the part. I will never spend another damn cent at this business. They need to hire people that actually WANT to help people get the parts they need.Service: Tires

In May, I dropped off a leaf blower to be fixed and was told it should take about 4 weeks to get fixed, because they are busy and it generally takes a while to get parts shipped. I was fine with that. About 3 weeks rolls by and I stop in to check on the process and was told that it needed a new carburetor and they need my approval to order the part. (They never called me to ask). I went ahead and approved the part replacement and the manager told me he was going to go ahead and order it. He told me the part should arrive and be installed in about a week. After 4 more weeks of waiting, I stopped in to the location to ask about progress. I was told the manager was out for a week and could not order it, but oddly told me he got busy and forgot to order it. He went ahead and ordered the part before I left then said it should be fixed by the following week. 2 weeks later, I called to check on progress and was told my leaf blower still isn't fixed because the wrong part keeps being sent to them. 2 weeks after that, I stopped in to ask again about progress and got told that they still can't get the right part sent in to make the repair. At that point it has been almost 3 months and no repair made, so I asked my my leaf blower back and would pay some cost for them having to look into the issue. I got charged almost $94 dollars for labor to get my leaf blower back. I received it back in the same condition that I brought it in. The problem I have here is, it was just a leaf blower and I put way more effort in checking on it than I would have if I'd have just fixed it myself. These people were not very friendly at all and did not apologize once that this repair took so long. Not only that, but they never called me to get my approval on ordering the part, nor did they call me at all to update me. On top of that, they still charged me almost $100 dollars and my equipment still was not fixed after 3 months. I also reached out to the owners about my issue and was ignored. I do not recommend this business at all. Please do not support them.

This place made me pay 100$ for an inspection with my engine and couldn’t give me more than 10 min before they said the car was fine. Update my car still shakes when I’m on the highway and instead of using my warranty i have to come out of pocketServices: Oil change
