On Saturday, March 02, 2024 around 3:30 I patronized this location, as a customer of Gamestop's for well over 14 years. I do understand that game trade in and business policies do change over time. The lad on shift had a patronizing, degrading demeanor. I spoke with the lad concerning a PlayStation 4 trade in. This child was very disrespectful and quoted me a trade in value of $38 without even checking the game for proper functionality. This location was my worst GameStop experience ever, not because of the quote, but because of the customer service. I could have easily went to the Biloxi or D'iberville locations (as I should have). This is a fact, Sony PS4 (a 12 year old game) is still worth $90-$199 cash, credit, or debit, with gaming console, power cord, hdmi cord, and controller of choice (despite brand). This lad got so caught up in emotions, arguing, and disrespect until he lost his sales pitch and end up allowing me the customer to leave the store without doing any business. I purchased a PS4 in December 2024, with the console, original box (it came in), cords, controller, and video games for $150 cash. The price that GameStop is selling PS4 for online, as of this morning is $159-$199. There is no way GameStop is ripping off on a trade in at $38 cash value. I also checked the updated pro value and regular value which is up to $69. This location needs to put a sign warning customers before an experience like mines causes the wrong outcome. I got a cash trade in value of over $90, in the past six months, a couple of times. This location needs to knock it off and just say they can no longer do trade ins on a 12 year old game (PS4). This location apparently has dealings with people who are on bad drugs. I had death in my family on that particular day, and I will never forget how I was treated at the Gulfport location. The associates in Biloxi have class, hospitality, and superb customer service. I do not see a long term career in retail for the lad.

This does not say which GameStop so I will say if this one is the one on pass road kudos as the person there is awesome if it's the one on 49 lady needs to just accept constructive criticism as paying for a game in one store should be the same as a other store and just looking the other way is not only discriminatory. Service has become junk every where you go after COVID

Great service. Limited used game selection for our system, but that's not Gamestops fault. We were able to get Madden 2024 with no problem. The salesperson was terrific.

Just left this store looking for a Tears of Kingdom Amiibo that showed in stock. Spoke with associate and he replied that he wished people would call to assure the inventory is accurate. We did call….we’ve been calling the dam store for 15 minutes! Even called the store while inside to prove there phone isn’t ringing. The associate found the item and said it was on hold, but that there was no name of customer. I asked how long you hold items and he explained, where I then asked how long this Amiibo was on hold and he said it did not specify. So we have an item on hold for a customer with no name, no date, and a store that has no telephone to pick up. Very SUS. I should have just walked in and said, “I’m here to pick up my Amiibo on hold” and your young Einstein behind the counter would have not known any different. I can’t blame this particular associate that worked the 4th of July for this incident, but if your system says the item is available then it’s available. If it’s on hold, take it off your inventory! And if it’s truly on hold, put the correct dam information down or sell it to the customer who is ready to purchase. Thanks for wasting our 20 minute trip!

Gamestop is a great place for all of the current platform systems. Augustus and Sarah were there today, and they're always helpful, friendly, offering a warm smile and greeting, as well as suggestions for games based on your preferences! They are by far my favorite staff members to date!! I have locations closer to me, but I don't mind driving extra miles for the experience. It's also a bigger store than the others with large selections.

Terrible experience both time I have visted this store, first time they left merchandise out of my bag second time they sold my 13 year old a.switxh controller that drifts harder then ken block in the hoonicorn!

When their customers have had broken HDMI ports on their PS4, PS5, or Xbox, they have referred them to us. They have also referred people with Nintendo Switch problems to us as well. Anytime we have needed accessories for consoles that we are working on, we have picked them up from GameStop.

Bought some games and the price seemed quite a bit higher than I thought it should be so I checked the receipt before walking out and the sticker on one of the games I bought said “New $14.99”. The receipt showed I was charged $59.99. I showed the cashier and he said it was more because it was new. I said I see the sticker says new and the new price is $14.99. Al he kept saying was I understand that but it is higher because it is new. I told him I didn’t want anything from there because the sticker price is what it should be. Then to get a refund I had to create an account. Such BS. NEVER SHOPPING HERE AGAIN.

This store usually has more in stock than the other GameStops on the Mississippi coast. But this location is usually the rudest. It’s worth shopping here though, as they usually have more action figures and stuff on clearance than the rest. I have come across one worker who is usually nice to us, not sure her name but it’s the only girl I’ve ever seen working there. some of the boys who work there are usually rude especially if it’s busy, or if you show up a little before close. Customer service needs work. But like I mentioned earlier in the review, you’ll find more collectibles and sometimes games here than the other locations and that’s what really matters. Can’t let miserable people ruin your day! I’ve found plenty of great deals here on DC multiverse figures and Star Wars TVC. Always great to find what you’re looking for in store and on sale than paying more for shipping online!

Great store, but could use a little bit of work on their customer service. I brought my son in here to turn in his Xbox for cash and one of the cashiers was kind of disrespectful but the other guy who was a vet was more polite, professional, and very helpful to my son and I and he even shared some of his old vet stories.
