During my travels, I experienced a safety concern with my RV's steps failing to lock into place while in the down position. I reached out to Service Manager John, who efficiently addressed my issue and accommodated my request for prompt service. The following morning, I visited the service department without needing to disconnect, and John promptly assigned a technician. The issue was resolved in 15 minutes. Having spent over 30 years RVing and interacting with various service departments, I highly recommend Foley's outstanding service. Their professionalism, flexibility, and courteous approach are exemplary. If I purchase another RV, Foley will undoubtedly receive my first consideration.

Foley RV and Airstream is my default "go-to" for work on my Airstream trailer. They are ALWAYS professional, friendly, and, most importantly, competent. Their prices are fair. And to top it off, I enjoy visiting with these people. They're all positive and upbeat.

Foley RV and Airstream is fantastic! I'm long overdue in singing their praises. When my Airstream Basecamp's door locks malfunctioned during a road trip 1,000 miles from home, they saved me from endless headaches. Not all Airstream locations are created equal, and this one is top-notch! They made some adjustments to the locking mechanism and got me on my way in no time. I am forever grateful for their care and kindness. I wish I lived closer so I could come here all the time! Hands down one of the best experiences I've ever had and one of the best Airstream locations in the country!!!

Had an great experience purchasing our new Airstream at Foley RV Center yesterday. We found Foley online as we were searching for units and couldn't believe the care at attention we got as we worked on the deal remotely. Richard was able to get us a very competitive deal on the unit, Ron made the paperwork nice and easy, and Ashley is working with us to get the accessories we need to hit the road. I couldn't be more thrilled by our experience with Foley, it's worth the trip based on the customer experience alone.

John and his crew in the service department are the best! I had two axles replaced on my 1973 31'. Thanks toba situation out of all of our control, it became an ordeal! But John stuck with me, gave me weekly updates and when parts finally arrived from a third party vendor, they had it put together and ready to roll in a day and a half! Best experience I've ever had at any camper service center ever! Conscientious, professional, caring and honest is just a good start to describing John and his crew! I won't go anywhere else! Trust these guys, you won't regret it!

I can’t say how appreciative I am for John, Ashley, and Joe at Foley Airstream for taking care of me getting my Globetrotter fixed up and ready for a summer road trip. John got me scheduled and made sure all concerns were fixed and working properly. Ashley made sure all parts were ordered and on hand if she didn’t have them in stock. I would send a text and she would return and answer promptly. She went above and beyond helping me. Lastly, Joe worked on my Globetrotter and did great work and spoke with me about other concerns I had and possible other maintenance I need to keep an eye for. The work I thought would take two days took one and I was back on the road! Thank you John, Ashley, and Joe.

I dont get how this place has so many good reviews. Granted the sales staff and employees are very nice and believable. However, they have no problem lying and selling total lemons.
I purchased what I thought was a near perfect looking RV camper that is only a few years old. First lie, or issue was that they inspected my car to make sure it was safe to pull the RV. They said the RV they recomended to us was ideal for the 5000 weight limit of our SUV, as the trailer is only 4,600lbs. They didnt tell us, that meant the RV's dry weight and that the water, propane and other things are extra weight. Making the RV closer to 6000lbs or more. Which almost broke our suv. Needless to say, we got it home, covered it and its sat ever since. The second issue is that this RV had hidden water damage, we were not told about. The RV place did tell us there was a small/tiny issue of concern with the roof, so they had to fix it. Which they did! They did fix the roof. However, later I realized the walls inside the RV are very soft and crackly sounding. Meaning that the walls are all dry rotted from water damage. I did get talked into paying an extra $5000 for the extended warranty that they claimed would cover anything. However, how would I get the RV to them to fix or replace, if I cant pull it with my SUV. I was totally scammed and tricked into buying this lemon I will be paying on for the next 12 years.
Response to response here, as there doesnt seem to be an option to respond anywhere else. RV name under my wife Amy, the contract number is 8313600. We do have the $5000 warranty we purchsed, however, since the RV is too heavy to pull, dispite being told our SUV could pull it after you fully inspected our SUV and assured us we could pull it. We are unable to bring it anywhere to get repaired. It was parked under cover the day we bought it, and hasnt moved an inch since.

We can’t say enough good things about Airstream of Mississippi—Foley RV Center and their Service Manager, John Lourenssen. This is our first ever RV and Airstream which had the dreaded Front End Separation (FES) issue so after much research we decided to entrust Foley RV to do the repair. In Dec ’23 we trailered our Airstream from Wisconsin to Foley RV in Gulfport, Mississippi and last week repeated the trip to pick the Airstream up. Two trips there and back totaled 4000 miles—priceless and worth it to put this issue behind us. We were not alone, and not so surprised that Foley RV has Airstreams in for repair from all over the country.Airstream of Mississippi—Foley RV Center is a physical place but the people there is what makes it special starting with John Lourenssen, Service Manager. He is Customer Service 101. He is very personal and professional. From the start, John was great to work with—he handled all the warranty communications with Airstream, the repair and more — during our time there he listened to my Airstream small talk on non_FES concerns/ questions and immediately shared his broad knowledge of working with Airstreams, answering my questions and concerns. HIs listening and helping may not seem like much but if you have an RV you always have something to learn.Airstream Warranty work can be done at Jackson Center or if pre-approved by Jackson Center, the work can be done at dealers. I just want to reiterate John Lourenssen communication with Jackson Center to get our work approved. This was paramount to our FES as it is a very costly repair. We learned that John has a great relation ship with Airstream Jackson Center and that added another level of comfort to selecting Foley RV for this work.We also met John’s crew that worked on our Airstream, all wonderful people that we enjoyed talking to and getting to know. We are very happy with their work and look forward to working with them in the future

This is absolutely the place to go if you are in the market for an Air Stream camper. We have been working with Kathryn, a.k.a Kati. She is absolutely charming, extremely knowledgable, and has gone out of her way to accommodate us and get us the best deal possible on our trade in. She definitely will be getting all of our future business. We will be recommending her services to everyone of our R.V brethren.

I had an exceptional experience dealing with Ashley in the Parts department at Foley RV. My Airstream was in need of a replacement rock guard and I had worked with another dealership and Airstream for about 8 months to get the correct part and hardware. She worked tirelessly with Airstream to procure me the correct guard and hardware and discovered that Airstream had an assembly line issue and was not properly forming the guards which cause fitment issues. Airstream's recommendation was to bend the guard which is a bit of a daunting process without the proper tools to form it but DJ (body tech) at Foley RV was up to the challenge and was able to ensure the proper fit on my unit. This rock guard had been a headache for me for quite some time and Ashley and DJ went above and beyond to get this right for me. Highly recommend and they have earned my service business as long as I have an Airstream.

We Would like to thank John and the whole service crew at Foley RV/ Airstream for a seamless and pleasant experience. We originally had an appt scheduled at Jackson Center and thought we could shave off 3nights and several thousand miles by going to Foley… and have heard other positive reviews about it. Foley did not disappoint our expectations.Foley is an excellent alternative to Jackson Centerif you live anywhere in the South. The whole staff is a Jackson Center on a smaller scale! Thanks again

I drove 6 hours here from Houston to buy my beautiful brand new 2023 airstream flying cloud 27’ and well worth it. My sales guy Joseph has been superb and has been with me every step of the way. While all of the airstream dealers from Houston to Nevada and Mississippi were enjoying Xmas Eve Joseph replied to my inquiry and got my business !! I was super impressed!!Airstream forNewbies on Facebook has also mentioned this 5 rivet dealer numerous times about excellent service and I’m proud I chose this place to buy my airstream. I was able to meet great people who work here, it felt like a big family
