Unclean, cluttered with unshelved products in every aisle. Messy shelves and aisle floors. Lady at the register had her back to the store using her cell phone. Disgraceful to the brand and community.

This store is trashy, cluttered, and the staff is very lazy. Does not stand up to the legal disabilities act!!! My friend who can't walk and in a wheelchair could not shop because merchandise was piled in almost every single aisle. I myself had a difficult time going down Isles without having to move things out of my way to reach an item. This is terrible and unsafe! Why? Your cashiers are leaning over the counter, doing nothing at all but talking about the customers and how they look!!! Plus, they are talking to friends on their personal phones about what they are going to do for the next day off! That is why I do not want to go in your store if I can help it! Please do something!!

The old lady over charged me for laundry soap and toothpaste when I told her how it was on the shelf she went back looked they were all $10.50 n said she's going to give me the price bc it's their fault...as it should be this way n when I get home n look at my receipt this b$#@"/ charged me $12 95. I'm so tired off ppl being the way they are. All family dollar does is tape up everything make it look ridiculous n wonder y ppl don't respect them or the store.its just sad. If yall do your jobs right nothing would be happening like this.

Because of the clutter in the 28st store I went around the corner to this store. And found it even worse clutter. Isles blocked literally every where people stocking shelves all at once. When going to the check out counter a worker was blocking,the isle. So I had to go around again for the 5 or six times. When I came up the few clear Isle, I said to the worker, that this is the most cluttered store iv been in.She sarcastic remark was THANK YOU!

7/26/2020 phone is disconnected. This is a very dangerous place. They have been robbed at gun point twice that I know of. Someone will beg you for money while walking in. You can usually see people stealing merchandise, don't know how they stay open?

Hey there on 7/19/21 I stopped in looking for a phone wall plug. I asked for help and this lovely young woman said you didn't have any. I asked her where the nearest store was not know I explained my mom in hospital and we having to say and I need one and have to get back to her. She unplugged her phone and gave me hers. Bless you it was around 7:30pm thank so much there are ???... Thank you again
