I can't imagine another place being as quick and efficient in getting a vehicle cleared and out of there. Jake, the gentleman who took care of me, was friendly and welcoming and polite. A highly recommend this particular car rental place.

I’ve called this location on two different days back to back. And either I get hung up on when they answer or I’m on hold for 15+ minutes and end up hanging up. How is enterprise going to come pick you up if you can’t get a hold of anyone to let them know that. I need to get out of town and I need someone to come pick me up so I can get my rental car please. I had to cancel my reservation yesterday, Because I can’t get anyone on the phone. How unprofessional

This place is so slow!! Every time I rent here I’m late for what I needed the car for! Instead of having their cars clean, inspected, and ready to go, they wait until you get there. Then have you wait over an hour to drive off! The staff is nice but I’m not coming back.

After my truck was totaled in a hit and run, my insurance covered a rental vehicle through Enterprise, I simply had to pay a deposit with my debit card. At the Enterprise in Omaha, NE, where we rented a Dodge Ram to return back to Mississippi, I used my debit card to pay the deposit with no issues. After returning to Gulfport we returned the truck to this location. A week or so later our insurance arranged for us to pick up another rental vehicle for a few days. We went to pick up the rental and attempted to use my debit card to pay the deposit, the EXACT SAME CARD I used at the other Enterprise. I was told that I couldn't use my card, they didn't "support" my card and they don't accept that card! I explained to her that I had used it before at Enterprise without an issue, and her response was that her branch didn't take it and there was nothing she could do, she was very dismissive and short.I've never heard of different branches and locations of a business taking different types of payment-McDonald's has countless locations, but they all take the same forms of payment at every location! the whole thing made no sense and still doesn't, and the attitude I received from the lady assisting me was the cherry on top. Will never ever rent from Enterprise again, no matter what. Turo is a much better and cheaper option!

I went there to return my rental, it was closed. There were 2 employee's walking out. I told them why I was there, and needed to get my car at Turan/Foley before 7:00. The supervisor Justice said the other employee will take you... Remember they were off duty. She said we will check off your rental in the morning. This was over and above what they had to do. This is what Customer Service is a about. So I highly recommend this office. Thank you both for making it possible to get my car. ???

Had a reservation, but they had no cars. Multiple people waiting for cars and just no good options. Scheduled my reservation weeks in advance and still they weren't ready.

My husband is a truck driver. His rig broke down in Wisconsin and repairs were expected to take several weeks. He rented a vehicle from Enterprise in Madison, Wisconsin to drive home to the coast. They were very friendly and helpful. They even included a tank of gas to help us out. Now that repairs are complete and it is time to get back to Wisconsin he goes to Enterprise in Gulfport on Tennessee avenue and they tell him that they will charge him .75 a mile after he crosses the state line. This is $750 in addition to renting the car! Can I tell you that the airline ticket was 3 times cheaper!! Feeling that this store is GREEDY.

I gave up on Enterprise for years after an obnoxious person in Vancouver Washington and now another person here in Gulfport called shortly before picking up our rental and said, we've been trying to reach you and they require customers to call to confirm, bullshit, I have never seen or heard this and on line confirmation isn't confirmation according to this agent.When we had issues with rentals in May I rolled with it even after your person wouldn't help with a tow until I called 911 because it was in a travel lane, people stopped to help and made it worse and when officers arrived they called and a short tow, city contract was $260 and this person asked me again if we were safe and I told her yes they even have guns, I turned the second vehicle back in that wasn't roadworthy after dealing with issues like loose air cleaner, worn blades to name a few.You are the worst as I realize as long as you have a body it doesn't matter how badly trained they are or how obnoxious.Apparently you have no problems hiring bar flies and liars or people somewhere that can't get past a flash card.You suck!

The staff was so nice and friendly. They got me in and out in good time even though they were very busy. We will be using them again I in the future. Highly recommend.

This is a shady operation. DO NOT GO THERE! I had to replace a vehicle that had mechanical issues. They bring out the same type vehicle and I inspect it looks fine. Then tell me the vehicle I brought in is missing a panel? Wasn't,t before I gave it to them. Then when I go to get the vehicle it had been switched out for a minivan. REALLY before said there were plenty of vehicles now it's the only one on the lot not reserved! NEVER EVER USE ENTERPRISE. They apparently teach their agents to screw you.

This place is busy on Mondays and Fridays. Just know that you'll be waiting for a bit, especially if your vehicle isn't quite ready. The team there works hard and can move as quickly as possible while making sure the service is good.
